  This was absolutely perfect, we could not wish for a better guide, chef or group. We had contact with Jerome before the safari and he helped us with everything to get the perfect experience. Everything was included and we didn’t have to think about anything, they provided us with tents, sleeping bags, food and drinks for the whole trip.

  It was a very fun experience and I enjoyed it fully. Our guide Patrick was very knowledgeable about different animals and even trees. He has an eagle eye and can spot a small head in the bushes when we would have missed it easily. He can also spot a leopard from a tree far away when we could not even see it hiding in the tree when he told us. We went for 4 days and we really enjoyed our stay at the camps. We will recommend Patrick as he really tries his best to give us the best experience. Even in the airport, my friend forgot her phone and Patrick came back to the airport to deliver it for her. • The perfect overall package for a safari

  We booked the safari with Meru Slopes on the advice of friends. Communication with Leonard was great. We paid in Tanzania before the start of the safari. Our personal guide for the next few days, Jackson, picked us up on time at our first accommodation and our adventure began. During the safari we learned a lot from Jackson about the animals, nature, the culture of the Africans, especially the Masai, and a few words in Swahili. The safari was great. Jackson did everything he could to show us as many animals as possible. The accommodation was beautiful and the food was great. All in all, we have nothing to complain about. Our expectations of the safari were far exceeded. We can only warmly recommend the tour with Meru Slopes to everyone.

Both the overnight stay in the tent in the serengeti and the lodges chosen by Meru Slopes met expectations. Our driver Julius was a truly knowledgeable and valuable guide throughout the experience.   We had a great, private 4-day safari with our amazing guide Francis! He really exceeded our expectations. We saw everything we could have hoped for and much more like sleeping in the Serengeti and the great migration happening right in front of us. The tour operator is very professional and they managed to meet all our wishes and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We can highly recommend this company.

  A truly unforgettable experience. We managed to see practically all the animals even though we only did four days. The 3 parks we visited allowed us to see the various animals in habitats totally different from each other but all 3 wonderful. Very good food. You also stay the very nice ones. Suggestive one inside the Serengeti park where we stayed 2 nights. Kelvin, the organizer has been very helpful and punctual in the responses since before the start. Ezechiel, the guide, made everything even more beautiful, kind, helpful, incredible driver and wonderful person as well as very prepared. Truly a magical experience that I would recommend to everyone.

  Incredible Safari with Meru Slopes – Great Value and Experience! We went on a private safari with Meru Slopes in early July 2025 and had an amazing experience. From the beginning, communication with Jerome was easy and smooth—he was always helpful and quick to assist with planning our custom itinerary. Even when one lodge had to be changed, he immediately found a great alternative and kept us informed. All transfers were well-organized and included in the price, which was the most competitive we found for this level of service and accommodation. Our guide, Kunda, made the trip unforgettable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always focused on making sure we saw as much wildlife as possible—he even fixed a minor mechanical issue himself before entering the park! He told great stories, spoke excellent English, and made us feel completely safe and entertained throughout the journey. The vehicle was super comfortable, with Wi-Fi, drinks, water, and chargers. We especially loved staying in the tented camps—it added a real sense of adventure. Serengeti and Ngorongoro were the highlights: breathtaking landscapes and tons of animals. • Who knew an incredible Safari adventure with a baby could work!!

  Planning our trip: Meru Slopes had been recommended to us by colleagues so we got in touch to start planning our trip. Kelvin immediately gave us confidence in our decision with his guidance and patience in tailoring the trip for us. We were travelling with our 18 month old baby so had many questions about how best to accommodate her on the trip. Kelvin was helpful and informative throughout. Not only that but Kelvin was a superstar when the week we were due to be travelling both myself and the baby were poorly and unable to travel. Having asked Kelvin if there was any way we could delay the trip by a week he made it happen with no extra cost. We were blown away with his support and help - our once in a lifetime trip was saved!! Safari: Any nerves we had about how the baby would be on safari were put to rest by our incredible guide, Ombeni. Nothing was too much trouble. Hakuna matata all the way. It was no mean feat to manage Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro over 4 days but we did it and the baby was happy throughout. We saw the big 5 - something we hadn’t even imagined would be possible as we thought we’d be cutting game drives short every day. Ombeni used his expansive experience to choose smoother roads so the baby would be more comfortable; he realised that the baby was scared every time she met new people at each lodge so he discreetly let the staff know to give her some space until she felt settled. These are just a couple of the many things he did to make our safari not only a success but an absolute joy. We have had the most amazing time, lifelong memories made with our beautiful daughter (who now wakes up asking to see the monkeys every day!). We really couldn’t be happier with our experience! Thank you Kelvin and Ombeni! Accommodation: we stayed at the Forest Hill Lodge in Arusha, Hhando Coffee Lodge in Ngorongoro, Serengeti Luxury Tented Lodge in the Serengeti, back to Hhando and then finished in Arusha Planet Lodge. All stunning. All with super accommodating and lovely staff. A huge thank you to all of the staff and to Kelvin for arranging such incredible accommodation for us. We loved every minute and are already talking about when we might come back someday.

  It was truly a dream. The entire experience was well organized. We were picked up at the airport and brought to stay at the Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel. The next morning, as agreed, we were picked up at 6:00 AM to begin our safari adventure! During the safari, we had a great guide named Andrew! Once again, thank you Andrew — you were an amazing guide with a great sense of humor! There was also a chef who joined us on the safari and took care of all the meals throughout the trip. Everything was perfectly arranged. Before you know it, the food is already on the table and all you have to do is sit down and enjoy! The accommodations were good and just as expected. Once again, it was a dream come true! Thank you, Meru Slopez, for the amazing experience!
