What To Expect
Serengeti National Park
Arrival at Launch Site at around 5:45 AM. Refreshments: Tea, coffee, and light refreshments are served as the balloons are prepared for takeoff. Pilot Briefing: The pilots warmly greet you and provide a pre-flight safety briefing, explaining the flight experience and safety positions for takeoff and landing. Balloon Inflation & Pre-Flight Photos: Watch the balloon come to life as it’s inflated for the flight. Take pre-flight photos with the balloon and pilot before boarding. Takeoff at Sunrise: The adventure begins as the balloon gently takes off at sunrise, offering panoramic views of the Serengeti’s endless plains bathed in golden morning light.
Seronera
Scenic Balloon Safari over the Serengeti for 1 hour. Spot incredible wildlife like elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, and many more. The pilot also shares insights into the Serengeti ecosystem, ensuring you don’t miss a thing. Enjoy your Safari with a coffee in the sky, capture unforgettable photos of the landscape and wildlife below, and much more. After approximately 1 hour of flying, the balloon descends for a smooth landing somewhere in Serengeti. Celebrate your successful flight with a champagne toast, a tradition dating back to the first hot air balloon flight.

5.00Miracle really is the perfect name for this experience. What a joy to be able to see the landscape and wildlife from above. It's so peaceful, and seeing the sunrise over Tarangire National Park was an experience we'll never forget. I don't want to share any photos because 1. They would never do it justice, and 2. you need to see it for yourself! The whole team were great, so welcoming! Not just here, but especially here, the welcome in Tanzania has been wonderful. We have smiled since we arrived, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. We are here for our honeymoon - and we feel we couldn't have made a better choice than Tarangire! We would also like to say that Baris, our captain, was excellent! And James, our host, was so welcoming! We also had an amazing time getting photos with our photographer (so sorry to have forgotten your name!) and Abraham, who looked after us from start to finish! I just want you all to experience it!

5.00This is a MUST-DO activity for anyone already doing the Serengeti Safari! The aerial view you get just cannot be matched by anything else. The staff is incredibly helpful and energetic, and you will have an absolute blast (even if you're afraid of heights like me)

5.00The experience was wonderful and it was a safari of a lifetime. Baris our captain knows his stuff very well and he is an exceptional guy to talk to. He made our flight experience memorable. Daniel Andrea our guide was a delight as well and showed us a lot animals along the way was great

5.00An amazing experience to fly in a hot air balloon over Ndutu Park. I am very satisfied and excited about the whole program. My pilot Zendane is a wonderful guide who very sincerely answered all my questions and told me about this wonderful park, during the flight that little cup of coffee is a wonderful thing! We are happy to have a very nice driver Kijo who drove us safely and with stories throughout the program. Thank you very much and the highest recommendations!

5.00We had a great start with Cornell for booking and Emanuel for driving. Capt. Baris was perfect as a pilot, and we got to see incredible views of Serengeti. We concluded the trip with a perfect breakfast with Mandazi being our group’s favorite. Overall a 5/5 experience.

2.00Unfortunately, I have to deduct some points here... The positive ahead 1. The beautiful Serengeti from above 2. The lovely and nice helpers at the balloon and the food and the super nice driver to and from the camp Now all the negatives Why do we have to be picked up 90 minutes before departure if we are the next camp to the departure point (about 1km) as the crow flies??? Okay, it could be the route. The pilot should be a bit fair and not always turn the balloon to the side with the more passengers at attractions!!! The whole thing was so fast, it felt like mass handling at the Canal Grande in Venice. The pilot's whole influencer attitude was just too much and hard to bear That the breakfast was not buffet but alla menu is also not for us. That was then spent half an hour or more at breakfast for supposed anniversaries, birthdays and honeymoons??? Hello we also paid a lot of money for the balloon this is also our time!!! And no, this was not our first balloon ride, but our third. In the north of the Serengeti with Adventures Aloft it was awesome Super professional, took his time, a pilot who has joined us for the buffet. And especially not an artificial influencer show of the pilot. Don't misunderstand, but a pilot should be a little more serious. In Australia we also had a balloon ride, there we were even allowed to help due to the slightly different pricing, but also there it was a great experience. I'm afraid not with you. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend you. I am sorry to have rated so harshly, but other guests should not be disappointed as well.

5.00What an amazing moment! An hour and a half flying with our Captain Marina followed by a drink in the bush observing the great migration then delicious brunch overlooking part of the reserve where we could admire a herd of about fifty elephants passing below! We took lots of eyes and had to take some amazing pictures. 1st balloon flight with graduation at the end: it was unique and a highlight of the trip that will remain forever in our memories. It is not recommended; it is mandatory on your safari!
