5.00Great experience renting a UTV from Real Deal. Our rental was originally scheduled from 9-5. A few days before they moved the time to 8-4, stated reason was due to being busy. This didn't create a problem for us so no big deal. I did stop in a day earlier to look at the UTV to check space since we rented a 5-seater, we had five people and wanted to bring some things. Agent kindly offered up a 6-seater with a bed at the same price. Vehicle was in good condition overall, reasonably clean when we picked it up, and ran well. We had a great day on the trails and in the water. Highly recommend renting from Real Deal!

1.00Not a good experience at all. First of all the UTV that we were given was a POS. Brakes hardly worked, check engine light was on most of the ride with a terrible sound coming from the engine and the UTV almost did not start back up a couple times. We were afraid we were going to be stuck in the middle of the dessert. When we returned the UTV and told the staff our issues they said that our tour was the last time that this UTV was going to be rented. They were getting brand new machines. This was a terrible experience I am hoping to get my money back.

5.00We had THE BEST time in Aruba on the UTV!! We saw so much on our own & away from the crowds. The vehicle was full of fuel & was clean. They were there on time at the port when we got off the ship. The staff was helpful & professional..we will book again our next visit!!

5.00Great experience, the UTV was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship. We all had a blast. We were able to explore all of the island on our own time. Absolutely beautiful. Even my 4 year old loved it. This has been the highlight of our 9 day cruise so far

5.00I ordered our UTV the night before and it was promptly delivered to our hotel at 9am the next morning. We had an amazing time exploring the island from the lighthouse to the natural bridge. We did get a bit lost but we asked some passing tour guides who got us heading back in the right direction. We were able to see places that we would have not bee able to do on foot and we really liked traveling slow at our own pace. The UTV ran great and seats were comfortable. I have a bad back but had no issues at all. Then it was picked back up at our hotel. All in all, it was a great experience and a highlight of our trip. Our only hiccup was finding a gas station to fill it, since it must be returned full and we were very close to our 1Pm return time. but we made it with 3 minutes to spare. PS- Maps.me GPS helped us immensely.
