Meet & Greet - Your driver will arrive with a signboard bearing your name on it. - After meeting you at the Lobby Hotel, your driver will take care of your bags and show you to your private vehicle - Step into your private, air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy the smooth ride as you leave the city's hustle behind. This is your time to unwind, catch up on rest, or simply watch the Vietnamese landscape unfold. 3. Optional Comfort Stop - Approximately halfway to your hotel or desired address, you will have a convenient comfort stop at a clean and well-equipped rest area within 15-20 minutes. Here, you can stretch your legs, grab a quick snack, or use the restroom before continuing your journey.

5.00Coming from Quebec we were a bit afraid to do business with a local agency but seeing the positive feedback and the mention of trip advisor, we trusted this transport company and we did not regret it. The quality of the vans, the caution of the drivers, the always fast, courteous and always efficient communication made our circuit a success. We have used van rental with driver for at least 10 destinations with long journeys and we have always been satisfied. The price is very reasonable for such a high quality service. I highly recommend this company to all tourists looking for reliable transport with good value for money.

1.00Absolutely terrible experience - the vehicle was not as described and had an overwhelming, foul odour. The drive was texting and FaceTiming (on two different phones) while driving and threw trash out the window at various points. The car was dirty and filled with old, soiled tissues. We’ve had a good experience hiring cars through other companies but this one was truly awful.
