We had a fantastic 19-day trip organized by Ayfer at Puerto Travel: Istambul, Ephesus, Kusadassi, Pamukkale, Blue Cruise from Fethiye to Demre, Antalya, Cappadocia and back to Istanbul. Ayfer was wonderful: she helped us with packing suggestions, she provided us with Airport meeting point instructions, video and pictures; she always provided us with timely information regarding our flights, our guides and drivers; she kept us up to date with timing changes; when we wanted to take a side trip that we had not planned for, she happily made it happen! She even gave us a private guide for two days in Cappadocia. Ayfer went far beyond our expectations; we always felt that we were in caring hands. Our guides were great- special shout out to Gizen in Istanbul, Taylan in Ephesus and Kusadassi; Husseyin in Pamukkale; and of course Beyza in Instanbul. Beyza was a wonderfully kind person who went above and beyond during our tour. She was extremely generous with her time and was open to sharing her culture with us. We completely enjoyed our tour in Cappadocia but I regret I do not remember our guide's name. Our drivers were always professional and looked after us well by providing clean, comfortable, spacious vehicles as well as snacks and water. A special shout out to Umit whose kindness and generosity on our trip from Demre to Antalya was especially appreciated. Mustafa, Enver, Firat amd Serkan all took good care of us. We also had a fabulous 4 night Blue Cruise with Farout tours. Loved the gullet, the crew, the food and the sorties. Had a dream trip! If you are interested in travelling to Turkey, Ayfer at Puerto Travel is your go-to person. You will surely not regret it.

A fabulous trip. Everything was on time and totally arranged perfectly. Enjoyed the entire trip. Staff, guides, drivers were all top notch. Local guides were very knowledgeable, and so nice and friendly. Maybe expensive but it was perfect. We saw and learned so so much.

We asked Puerto Travel to design a tour which had(in my opinion) the most important archeological sites. This would include Mt. Nemrut, Göbekli Tepe and Karahan Tepe. I also wanted to visit Ankara and Istanbul. The trip worked very well. I was picked at the programmed time, and we(my wife and I) were able to see all the sites. They were very attentive to the needs of my wife, who has mobility probems. Additionally, they chose guides who were very knowledgeable about the history of the sites we visited. In summary, they were able to taylor our trip to the requirements we put forth, booking the appropriate flights in order to insure that we could make the most out of the limited time we had. This is our second time using this tour company and I would contract them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was more than we imagined and we knew it will be beautiful but still, it exceeded all expectations in actual reality 😊 The tour driver and our guide, Betul(betty), were easy to talk to and betul was informative of the ancient history and about her country, Turkey. She added some side stories such as how one local desert came about and also helped us with the shopping locations when our tour ended. The tour company was very responsive right from the start, very helpful and patient with us that we felt safe right away even before the trip started. Definitely going back to Turkey and getting the other tours from Puerto Travels.

My family and I returned home two weeks ago, from an extensive and packed 10 day fully guided tour through Turkey covering places such as Istanbul, Izmir/Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Antalya, Kayseri/Cappadocia. We experienced many highlights such as the historic Sophia Hagia , Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, the pure white colored travertines, stepped water terraces and Hammam Turkish bath in Pamukkale. The hot air balloon ride surrounded in the air by 100 other hot air balloons in Cappadocia- a magnificent sight! But truly the ultimate highlight must have been the full day excursion to Ephesus near Kusadasi. This place is so steeped in history and we could not have asked for a better guide for the day than the delightful and knowledgeable lady called Gufte to take us through the historic sites such as ancient Ephesus, Magnesia Gate, ruins of the Roman Provincial Capital, the beautiful preserved Temple of Hadrian, the Trajan Fountain, Odeon theatre and Celsus Library. A great moment of spiritual experience was had at the House of the Virgin Mary. Gufte was truly amazing &, insightful and we came away from this day fully enriched with the knowledge she shared with us.
