During the F1 Grand Prix, parts of Marina Bay and City Hall may be closed. Routes may change and alternatives will be provided.
Licensed tour guide available upon request at SGD 60/hour for English or Chinese, and SGD 100/hour for Tamil, Italian, Spanish, or French (please inform us at least 48 hours in advance).

1.00This service is a SCAM! It’s transportation service only so you pay over $300 USD when you can get a GRAB for much cheaper. I have no idea how these people are still on business and Nana is RUDE. The driver Thomas was ok but I don’t even know if it was actually Thomas because I saw him texting someone from the same company with the same name. Very suspicious. A terrible experience.

4.00the places we visited were greatt. the problems were the bus wait time. we waited over 45 min when a bus broke down. the biggest problem was tour was supposed to end at 9:30. because of errors to direction from other travelers we didnt get to our hotel till after 11:30. we drove past our hotel 3 times on the way to drop off other travelers and didnt stop. the tour was fine the bus ride was not

5.00I am writing to share my positive experience with the Singapore Private Customized City Tour. Ashton was an excellent Tour Guide and Driver, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We started at the Changi Jewel, as I requested, and then visited almost every fantastic sights around Singapore. Ashton managed the time perfevtly making sure every sight was covered within the 8 hour trip. I particularly enjoyed the time spent in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay, and, of course, seeing the Merlion. Overall, it was one the best experience. Once again Thank you Ashton. It would have not been great without you.

5.00Thomas was such a great driver with info about his beautiful country. We were pretty tired before starting this activity and Thomas was so considerate! We got to see everything we wanted to see and more. We definitely want to come and if we do, we would hire Thomas again.

5.00Our driver, Ashton is not just driver but excellent guide. I do not understand why this trip is driver only because he has a lot of knowledge of Singapore and what really guide have to do it. I am so happy with him all day in Singapore. It save a lot of money. He even text me after dropping off Changi airport for helping me find location of restaurant and shopping what we need. I strongly recommend him for day trip in Singapore.

5.00We had Lynn for our tour guide for this activity. She knows Singapore extremely well and was a fountain of knowledge. She explained the history of the city as well as how people live here in their day to day lives. My stepmother was with us and requires the use of a rollater frame. Lynn was more than helpful and her compassion was evident. Highly recommended tour...ask for Lynn if youre able to. I cant speak highly enough of her.

1.00SIXT HOUSE SCAM (Figari): more than 1000 euros for a week's rental of a C3 I booked a C4 for 750 euros. I was forced to pay an extra 271 euros on the spot to pick up the C3 car when I had booked a C4. I objected by e-mail right away. At the time of returning the car, the person told me that my file had 2 errors and that the overpayment would be refunded. Since then, I've only received one waiting response. On the phone, Sixt told me the agency was a franchisee and there was nothing they could do. However, nothing of this kind was specified at the time of booking.

5.00Lynn was an excellent tour guide with a trove of knowledge about Singapore. She took us to all the points of interest in Singapore and was always on time when picking us up after each event. I would highly recommend her if you need a tour guide. This 7+ hours event was well worth the money.
