5.0010/10.!! Worth every penny. It took us ONE MINUTE to get through customs. We waited less than 10 minutes for rental car pick up. In March (7 months ago) this process took us 3-1/2 hours! Do not hesitate. Get it now!
24 hour refund policy denied amidst Hurricane Melissa!

1.00We had been looking forward to a return trip to the beautiful Turks & Caicos. Days before our departure, Hurricane Melissa was eminent, tracking toward the Caribbean with a Category 5 threat. My husband and I made the decision to cancel our trip 36 hours before departure. We had purchased the Fast Pass through Viator, just as we did for our trip a few years back. Viator policy states Full refund if you cancel 24 hours before our trip, which I did. Viator refused to refund our money, in spite of our compliance with a 24 hour notification. The customer service was contrite and gave no reason other than they would not refund the amount. Sadly, the Viator customer service representative I was communicating with, was not even aware of the severity of the storm, as they were remotely answering my request. I did receive communication from the T&C group wanting to know if we were coming, and were gracious, but could not rectify the situation. Perhaps it is best to purchase a Pass at the country itself… Viator should be ashamed of being out of touch with their customers and circumstances.

3.00The Fast Track Arrival Service was fine, but honestly, it didn’t feel necessary given how quiet the airport was. There weren’t any long lines at immigration, and the whole process moved quickly even without the fast pass. While the staff was courteous and the service was well-organized, it didn’t deliver the VIP experience that’s advertised—at least not under low-traffic conditions. Being escorted to the luggage carousel was helpful, but it felt more like a convenience than a luxury. If you're traveling during peak season or with a large group, this might be worth it. Otherwise, it’s a nice-to-have, not a must-have.
