What To Expect
Upon arrival, your VIP Host will meet you at the check-in counters. We'll Expedite you through check-in, boarding pass control, local immigration, and security checkpoint. Please note, due to U.S. Customs regulations, we are unable to fast-track guests through U.S. Customs. After this, you'll be escorted to a VIP Lounge to await your flight. Important: The VIP Lounge is managed by a third party, and children under 12 are not permitted.

5.00Wonderful experience that we will use every time we depart from the Aruba airport. The airport lounge itself is not really much (food is meh and it’s pretty old and dingy), but the VIP service to breeze through all the customs checkpoints in the airport is worth it ten times over.
