Arrival and Departure services were handled courteously and professionally, which made for a very enjoyable trip. Both agents were extremely personable and knowledgeable and answered all our inquiries without hesitation. Both Agents excellent.

It was amazing. Jorgin explained the entire process of the two customs to go through. He was a polite and professional young man! We were through the whole process and were sitting in the VIP lounge in record time.

No lines that day (not your fault) so we went right thru. However, when we got to the lounge we could not get in it was so busy (which was paid for) Kenyon brought us to gate and we waited hours for our flight. I was so upset that after Kenyon left, I realized he was not tipped and that really ruined the time. (not his fault he was great). Last year wonderful experience this year not so much
