There is just nothing as unique and fun as riding a Segway. Easy to ride even for someone who has never ridden before.

The balloon tires of the X2 are perfect for the gravel trail and provide a cushioned ride. Guests will enjoy cruising along through tall stands of Sitka Spruce and Hemlock. Glide through serene alpine meadows studded with ponds of lilies all in the shadow of snow-capped peaks.

Our guide will provide interesting facts and details about the flora and fauna that are unique to Alaska. Several short stops for photos and to walk around are provided. The halfway point of the tour brings guests to breathtaking Fish Creek and it’s crystal clear, snow melt waters.

A short 10-minute walk along the Historic Treadwell Ditch gives guests a chance to see the old-growth Tongass Rainforest in all of its pristine beauty and learn about Juneau. The guides will then share a locally sourced snack with the group.

This adventure is a must do experience!

Too long of a drive to get to where Segway ride was Spent as much time in van getting there as we did on the Segway ride itself

Riding a Segway was a bucket list item for me. When I saw that this was an excursion on my cruise, I jumped at the chance. It did not disappoint. My husband and I had SO MUCH fun! RJ and Carli were great tour guides. They were so patient with all who were on the tour. They were very knowledgeable about the environment we were in, and taught us a lot. Not to mention, they were funny and extremely nice. Will definitely do this again.

This tour was SO FUN! William and Merrick were great tour guides. They kept us safe and were super communicative during the tour so you always knew how to operate the Segway. We learned a lot about the plants, landscape and history of the area. We would definitely take this tour again!

Shore excursion while cruising. This was a perfect way to experience the outdoors. The duo, Dave and Allie were through in their training and speach delivery on the flora of the location, our family of four adults had a blast learning about the Segway, and the thrill of the ride

  • Fun and exploring

Carli and RJ are excellent, so fun and caring, we have had a wonderful time! If you want to explore and also not need to walk in a beautiful trail, Segway is good option

My sister and I took our first cruise ever to Alaska. We signed up for this excursion because Segway’s look like fun, we would be trying something new, and explore a little wilderness. Our tour guides, Carli and Merrick, were amazing, patient, helpful, and fun. There were four guests on the tour and the small group made for a pleasant afternoon. BTW, my sister and I are 68 & 69.
