What To Expect
0500hrs: Begin your day with a pick-up from your hotel, residence within Nairobi CBD, or the airport. Depart for the breathtaking Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi – Mombasa highway. As you journey, enjoy the stunning African sunrise, illuminating the landscape as you make your way towards Amboseli. The morning drive takes you through the beautiful African savanna, scattered with local homesteads and vibrant Maasai herdsmen grazing their cattle. Upon arrival at Amboseli National Park, get ready for an exciting game viewing drive. Look out for magnificent wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, cheetahs, warthogs, ostriches, and much more. The majestic Mount Kilimanjaro rises prominently in the background, being the tallest mountain in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. While you admire the stunning wildlife, you’ll be captivated by the scenic views that this park offers. Enjoy a delightful buffet lunch at Oltukai Lodge or Similar(Own expense), providing a perfect spot to relax and recharge. After lunch, embark on a short early afternoon game viewing drive as you prepare to exit the park. Later in the day, depart Amboseli and make your way back to Nairobi, with an expected arrival in the early evening. 5.00It was a very nice trip to Amboseli National Park. The guide was super nice, and after and before the safari took us to a restaurant where you could eat local food. In the park it was very nice, we could see very rare animals because the commitment from the guide was really great.

5.00The tour was wonderful. Watson (our guide and ranger) has responded to all wishes and we were only 2 on the whole safari. The car was very comfortable and new. We saw a lot of animals and had to pay the national park entrance fee only once. On the last day we were still in the Masai village. The accommodation was also great and there was plenty of food and drink!

5.00The tour was magnificent and wonderful with a great trip to Amboseli national park where we saw a lot of birds and mammals especially a lot of elephants. And the Massai village was wonderful also. Our guide, Watson was very polite and positive, very knowledgeable, I definitely recommend taking this tour.

5.00I was looking for a shuttle service in Kenya and after an internet search found this company. I was looking for transport from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha and the return to Nairobi a few days later. The staff was very responsive to all my emails including my change in the itinerary. I was a bit concerned arranging something on the internet but there was no reason for concern. When I arrived very early in the morning on a flight from Arusha Ruth was there to meet me. For my return to the Nairobi the driver even arrived early. All the transfers were reliable and they were on time. The driver was also a safe driver. Another thing I liked about this company is they let me pay upon arrival. It was easy to do because they have an office in the airport. Upon leaving Kenya I stopped by their office to meet Lucie with whom I had corresponded. I met her and some of the other staff. They were all wonderful and if I return to Kenya I would definitely use this company again. Based on their professionalism, I would also not hesitate to do business with their safari company, Umbato Safari’s
