5.00The company was very professional and communication prior to arrival was very easy. My driver, Ibraheem, reached out via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time before I had to even ask for his info. He was waiting with a sign and easy to spot. In the car, there was plenty of water, juice and even a piece of chocolate waiting for me. My comfort was top priority. During the drive, Ibraheem showed me a video of the Dead Sea facts on his CarPlay screen, we stopped at a sign designating we were at Sea Level and a nearby factory that makes Dead Sea beauty products. If I didn’t already have a group tour booked, Ibraheem also offered to help arrange with sightseeing, as well. You will have a great experience when booking with this company!
