1.00We were supposed to have a tour at 11:00 am, but nobody showed up to pick us up. I messaged the company, but never received any response. Viator did not not provide a replacement tour. Truly disappointing, how this situation was handled. I expect a full refund for something that was not delivered.
Reasonable tour price wise.
