If you happen to be in Tenerife, want a somewhat challenging, off-the-beaten path hike, then you should absolutely book this experience with Alex (who also works with Eugenio). He picked our family of four up at the cruise port, and after driving us through town, we headed up into the hills/Anaga. Stopped at an overlook to see a snow-covered Mount Teide in the distance. The trail itself wound its way around a valley on the north side of the island (you can see Punta Del Hidalgo in the distance), about 4 miles, 1000' of climb total. We saw a few other hikers and some runners, but mostly had the trail to ourselves. It really had it all - spectacular views, waterfalls, interesting terrain, goats! We're pretty experienced hikers, but water channel part of the hike was unlike anything we'd done before and was definitely memorable! Alex was informative, a great companion, and paced us well. Would definitely have him guide us again.

I participated in a group tour for a fantastic discovery day, and everything was superb. Despite being a group, we encountered only four other people along the route, which was a significant highlight. I felt completely safe with our guide, Eugenio, and had a great time. We explored truly wonderful, off-the-beaten-path locations. Eugenio shared many interesting stories about the island and its history during the trip. He was also kind enough to take some good pictures throughout the hike. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable and safe experience.

The logistics for this trip were handled with great clarity. Eugenio picked us up precisely as agreed, provided a thorough overview of what to expect, and confirmed we had all necessary equipment for a safe and enjoyable journey. It was wonderful being out in the Anaga mountains. Eugenio selected an engaging route, incorporating diverse trails to show us both standard and less-traveled paths through the landscape. The total duration of the outing, including travel time and several stops to appreciate the views, was approximately 7 hours. Overall, this trip is highly recommended to experience and enjoy the Anaga mountains.

We had an excellent time hiking through the mountains in Anaga. The logistics, including the transfer from Las Américas in the morning, operated smoothly and efficiently. The hike itself was not overly demanding physically, yet it offered some truly spectacular views. A definite highlight was the canals area, a segment that provided a noticeable burst of adrenaline. Following that, we made stops to capture pictures in several scenic forest spots. Be prepared for continuously changing weather conditions—we experienced everything from rain and strong wind to sunshine within a mere 15-minute timeframe. This was a superb mountain experience.

Thank you very much for enabling this journey. The organization, efficiency, and planning were excellent, and the guide, Eugenio, contributed significantly to the successful operation of the trip. We felt entirely comfortable despite the distance from home, as every stage worked out perfectly and on schedule. The sights we encountered were truly impressive. We will certainly recommend visiting Anaga Park with Eugenio.

Extraordinary beauty nature and great company! Time flew by like an instant. We started moving early enough to avoid the main tourist flow. To my surprise, we only met six people on this walking route all day. This makes the route an absolutely unique track that has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Our group was small — only five people, including a guide. I sincerely recommend it!

This was a very cool tour! Honestly, I didn't expect this much variety of scenery on generally dry Tenerife. The route is on the eastern side of the island, and some spots feel exactly like a tropical rainforest. It's genuinely beautiful and worth every cent. Just remember, the temperature drops during the walk—by about 10 degrees—so packing layers is a must. Our guide, Eugenio, was great and shared all the unique details about the area. You need some basic fitness; there are a few climbs, but it's totally doable even for inexperienced hikers. The main thing: wear shoes with a good grip. Prepare to be amazed; you'll feel extremely satisfied when you finish.

Anaga is truly an enchanted forest, and the title of the experience clearly reflects the journey. We completed a focused 3-hour route that traversed valleys and mountains, including passages near caves and old water channels. The landscape and the resulting views from the high points are genuinely incredible. The quality of the guiding service enhanced the entire experience significantly. The guide maintained an easygoing approach that successfully made all participants feel comfortable throughout the route. Highly recommend this stage of the journey!

Eugenio was an outstanding guide. His professionalism and deep knowledge, particularly concerning the local botany and vegetation, greatly enriched the journey. The entire trip was relaxed and highly enjoyable. Eugenio maintained a pleasant atmosphere, highlighted by his excellent music choices during the drives, which enhanced the time spent traveling. Beyond the guiding, Eugenio’s recommendations for coffee spots and restaurants were top-tier, ensuring the logistics of the trip flowed smoothly from start to finish. It was a genuinely great experience.
