Start up your Aurora Borealis night tour at the famous Stejk Street Foods food truck & Tipi in Kiruna. Your ticket includes local street food dinner in the Tipi. Meanwhile the guide will make the latest weather and Aurora Borealis prognosis which give you the best chance to see the Aurora during the night. Driving through the night in a van gives us the best opportunity to see many different locations in a big area. This will increase the chance for Aurora. Tour will take the direction of best weather for safety and best chance of spotting Aurora.

What To Expect

The Aurora Tour starts in Stejk Street Foods warm and cozy Tipi. At your arrival you can choose dinner from the famous local Street Food menu. A table for the tour group will be reserved in the Tipi.

I'm so sorry but I don't remember the name of such a nice big guy who was our guide all evening picking us up directly from the hotel. We started with a dinner eaten inside a characteristic heated tent made of elk and reindeer and then began our tour hunting for the Northern Lights. Our guide drove us around Kiruna to see if he could make us admire the northern lights but unfortunately we could not see it because of the cloudiness. Unfortunately despite the availability, against the weather no one can do anything about it, but the guide did his best to hunt for the dawn until almost one in the morning and offered to try again possibly even a couple of nights later in case we could not see it. What to say? Thank you very much!

Well organized in advance. We were picked up from the hotel. Our guide was always friendly, helpful and always kept his eyes open for aurora borealis. Already at the hotel pick-up, aurora borealis were watching. The food tasted very good and the tipi is super cozy and warm. At the beginning of the tour there were no lights visible but a beautiful starry sky with campfires, tea and marshmallows made it a nice time. At the last spot, which was very nice, we were rewarded with a light spectacle. Some information about the Northern Lights from the guide would have been nice, so we had to ask a lot. Therefore a star deduction in the rating. Nevertheless, a very nice recommended tour! Thank you

We had a wonderful time on this tour, starting with a delicious dinner. We hunted the Aurora for over 7 hours (catching a brief glimpse of it at our last stop). Talk about worth the money, holy smokes! While I wish we had seen more of the Aurora, there's no controlling the conditions try as you might. Would definitely book this tour again.

I was very lucky to see the Aurora Borealis. The organizers were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The food was nice. The tour guide took us to all the spots where I could see the northern lights. Thanks to the team to make the experience a very memorable one.

Excellent experience with Zebastion and Cecelia. Food was very great in a teepee right down town. Then trip to the best aurora. Also Zebastion drove us to and from Tree Hotel. Hw is extremely knowledgeable about the arctic area and the ramifications. High recommend

Fabulous tour! We had a great time. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. He worked very hard to ensure we had the best opportunity to see the Northern Lights. (And he succeeded!) He took some great pictures of us and of the lights. Oh - on a side nots dinner was delicious. He picked us around 6 pm. After we had dinner, we still had sometime until the sun set. So, he took us on a tour of Kiruna. It was interesting to learn more about the town. I highly recommend this tour!

All perfect! You dine in a tent where you can eat moose and reindeer meat (very good!). It was a cloudy night but our guide drove far and wide to let us find the Aurora and in the end we made it! Plus: the guide took lots of photos which he then sent to us! Beautiful experience!
