From start to finish, this cruise provided a wonderful experience with great service and very comfortable surrounds. We had a very spacious cabin with a huge bed, crisp white bedding (refreshed embarrassingly frequently) trimmed in leather and wood, giving a very high end feel. A small safe was included and the nice bathroom attached contained a good shower (although once the hot water ran out in both the shower and the basin). Excursions were generally good and well organised; we particularly enjoyed the experience of landing on Cape Horn. However, we felt details of forthcoming arrangements could have been communicated a bit further in advance. We were also felt there could have been more on board to interpret the fantastic wildlife all around; there was nothing about this on the walls of the ship. Much of what we saw and enjoyed from the deck, most guests were completely unaware of. Birds seen included: Black-browed and Grey-headed Albatrosses, Magellanic Penguins, Southern Giant Petrels, Sooty Shearwaters, Rock, Imperial and Magellanic Shags, Chilean Skuas, South American Terns and Magellanic Diving Petrels. In addition, we saw some young Southern Sea Lions and three whales. We were very impressed with the impromptu tour of rarely-visited glaciers on one day when the planned landing excursion had to be cancelled due to bad weather. Staff in every role from tour guides and cabin staff to waiters were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful and good at imparting information (although we experienced one exception - a man on reception who was completely disinterested and unhelpful when we asked for some excursion information). The food was just great! Everything was of very high quality and despite the menu choices being limited, requests for changes to accommodate dietary requirements were dealt with very well. (We felt the availability of these could have been advertised more prominently). The "open bar" was excellent with a wide variety of quality beers on a help-yourself basis and an extensive cocktail menu, plus plenty of other drinks, and all against the backdrop of some stunning scenery. This was a thoroughly enjoyable trip which we'll never forget - recommended!

A very nice and very friendly way to visit Cape Horn beagle canal and Magdalen Strait. Of course the good weather conditions and the horn landing played a role but the cruise is perfectly oiled, friendly and of very good level whether it be the guides or the food. Lots of fun
