A lovely evening sampling the wines with Balentin. Really knowledgeable and made it an enjoyable experience. And most importantly the wines were amazing.

Wonderful cooking experience. The teacher was kind and knowledgeable. We tasted a combination of white and red wines from local regions. We learned the technique of how to fold the empanadas correctly. And we got to cook and flavor the filling ourselves. It was incredibly fun and personable and I highly recommend this cooking class!
