Good experience with several people from different backgrounds. We felt that the course was well oiled and that they often do this kind of course. Nevertheless the chef was good advice with his son who translated with a smile.

The cooking workshop was absolutely terrible. Vincent explained everything in a very unpleasant way and was downright rude, especially towards women. We were barely allowed to cook ourselves, and the workshop ended 45 minutes earlier than stated in the description. The quality of the food was poor, for example, the pasta was far too thick. The workshop is way too expensive for what you get! The worst cooking workshop I’ve ever attended.

There was no Cozy Welcome, No Welcoming. Just knead a pasta dough. Knead dough for a long time to activate the gluten. We had 5 minutes of dough. The pasta dough also kept breaking when running through the machine. Some were allowed to hold the mixer for a moment before beating the egg for the Tiramisu. We didn't cook ourselves. We haven't even been in the kitchen. Unkind leaders. If something didn't work out, you were immediately addressed about how you didn't do well. But there was hardly any explanation. The food was dirty because it was not prepared properly. Half raw pasta, raw stuffing, tasteless. Workshop would take 3 hours but after 2.5 hours we had to leave. Never experienced anything so bad and ugly. Really horrible! A good revenue model for the restaurant, they organize a workshop 3x a day. We paid €279 for it for 4 people. Far too much money for something that isn't being delivered. Really don't do the workshop!

The course is really nice and fun to use the pasta machines. Chef Paolo was very endearing. I can recommend the course, but two things could be improved: the course is listed to be 3 hours, but it was over after 2 hrs and 5 minutes, including cooking and eating. I’m a bit of a slow eater, so I asked if I could sit for another 5-10 minutes to finish my food, but I was told no. So the timing of the course should be changed to 2 hours. The other is that we didn’t make either of the sauces, which I thought would have been nice to do at least one as part of the course.

The cooking class was good fun . Great information and lovely ingredient's. We made the tiramisu as a group then worked alone for the pasta making. The hosts were friendly and funny but passionate and expressive. Some translations were awkward between the chef and translator but that is for them to resolve. We had Prosecco during the break from the preparation . Then was given wines / drinks with our meal. We made two types of pasta . It was a great experience 😊

An excellent option and especially on those rainy days. During the class we prepared two types of pasta and a delicious tiramisu, all guided by a chef who explained each step clearly. It also includes a translator for whom we do not speak Italian. I recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys gastronomy and even if they don’t have much experience in cooking.
