First of all, please let us introduce ourselves: we are Inés & Juanjo, 2 real local guides in Gran Canaria, founders of the Sky Rebels company in 2013. With us, you are going to discover and experience the beauty of this island with real "local eyes".
You will experience a travel in time in which you will learn about our history, culture and traditions, exploring incredible locations out of the crowds.
You will discover the spectacular Barranco de las Vacas, where hundreds of years ago water flowed in unimaginable ways, sculpting its walls in such a way that today it looks like a scene from a distant planet.
We will visit and tell you the secrets of a surprising hidden cave, excavated by the first inhabitants of the island. This secret place is not in the tourist guides, so get ready to discover this amazing place.
And we will finish with a visit to a cute hamlet. You will meet genuine local villagers and understand why Gran Canaria is one of the friendliest places in the World.

This trip was the absolute highlight of our holiday. Juan, Ines and their time machine Lopita showed us the most beautiful places in Gran Canaria. We laughed, enjoyed, but above all learned a lot about the history and local traditions and culture of Gran Canaria. Thank you so much!

Our tour was FANTASTIC! Inez and Juango were so informative and entertaining for the entire tour. They call you familia and truly make you feel that way. We had a couple ladies on our tour that were more challenged with the short hike on rocky path, but. They both persevered and with help from our guides, everyone had a wonderful time! They even made lunch for us which included some of the best fresh fruit ever! JUST DO IT!

A very interesting and varied tour with lots of information about the islanders before the Conquistadores conquered Gran Canaria in the 15th century. Ines and Juan give very vivid insights into the life of early Canario. The hike is very short, only a total of about 2-3 km, but nevertheless the tour has succeeded all around! I would do a tour with the two again and can absolutely recommend them!

The Tour guides were magnificent. They treated us (6 people) like team (family). Well prepared, passionate about their work, punctual, extremely kind and helpful. The whole trip was well organised. We saw beautiful views, got plenty of historical information but presented in interesting way. And special thanks for having the opportunity to see Barranco de las Vacas without other visitors (apart from our group of course). We could take super photos :). Thank You very much.

Goodnight, the caves mentioned in the Sky Rebels publication are from the town of Temisas, not village... And if Temisas belongs to the municipal term of Aguimes but Temisas is a town (called Canary Island) so that when they return they are better informed and those caves that they visited and we hope have respected, not soiled and valued (belong and are within the town of Temisas).

Very well organised and everything ran to schedule. We were made to feel very welcome and part of the family. This tour was a small group of 6, which made everything very personal. The whole tour took around 5 hours and this was just about right for us. Thank you for showing us a few hidden gems that were off the beaten track. Would definitely recommend!

This trip was the best we had since a long time, so interesting and fun! Ines and Juanjo were the friendliest, we became a family for 4 hours. They show us places only locals knew, we had a great (and funny with the chili pepper) time especially with the farmer old lady! Muchas gracias para todo! Hasta la proxima 😊
