You can pick between two ways to go up Table Mountain. The first one, Platteklip Gorge, is the oldest and quickest. It's good if you're short on time or scared of heights. The second way, India Venster, is a bit trickier with some climbing over rocks. It's better for experienced hikers who aren't afraid of heights. Along the way, your guide will teach you about Table Mountain's plants, animals, and history, and tell interesting stories. You'll see amazing views of the City Bowl, oceans, and Robben Island. When you reach the top, you can take a break and enjoy the scenery before heading down to the cable car station, feeling proud to have climbed one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.

Me and my partner did the Platteklip hike and it was amazing. Altough we were unlucky with wheather, as it rained quite a bit when we were going through the gorge, we had a wonderful time. For an average hiker, the hike can seem easy, but it is fairly steep at some points. Our guide for that day was Rob, who gave so much more to the visit: history of the place, botanical insights, other mearby hikes, infos on local fauna and flora, as well as a strong feeling of safety all the way up. We did the travel down with the cable car. A very good experience! I highly advice Path and Peak if you want to explore Table Mountain. Thank you Nick and Rob!

What a fantastic day we had! The day started of misty and low cloud cover - but we then had the magical experience of walking above the clouds and seeing table mountain just sparkling and beautiful in the sunshine with the blanket of clouds beneath us. Nick took us up on the up Jeep track and first stop was DeVilliers reservoir - where some of the party took a dip before continuing onwards and upwards. Unfortunately one of our group wasn’t feeling well - so after consulting us all and considering the ease of the return route Nick ( ‘just follow the track’) felt it ok for me to return back to the car with my friend, and he was able to lead the rest of our group to the cable car. Although disappointed that we needed to go back down, given the walk up the Jeep track was in the mist - the walk back down was a truly memorable vision - Constantia to Muizenberg laid out before us like a rich green tapestry. Nick was a great guide, full of information, humour and professionalism. The whole group so enjoyed the day Thanks Nick.

Amazing experience and one of the highlights of our South Africa trip. Our guide Rob was excellent, super friendly and knowledgeable pointing our the interesting flora on the way up. I'd definitely recommend getting a guide for the hike, it added so much more to our time at Table Mountain, and would certainly recommend this tour.

We had a great time on our hike. We did the Platteklip Gorge hike up table mountain. Geoff our guide was amazing. We were picked up from our hotel right on time and his knowledge of the wildfire, flora and fauna was exceptional. We were even given juice and snacks on our way up. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We booked last minute but all our expectations and more were met! Liesl arrived on time and even came to find us when we couldn’t find her! She was the perfect mix of professional and fun with a very caring but funny nature! She completely made our hike and we feel so lucky to have experienced it with her! High recommend and would love to do it again!

Nick has been wonderful in the support for our needs. Nick responded promptly to all the queries and accommodated our special requests. The guides he appointed on both the journeys - August and November 2023 were very attentive and informative.

Our guide (Lynette) went up table mountain to prepare the perfect setup for our proposal. A blanket with roses, cheeses, champagne in ice and a perfect view at Kloof corner. On the way down, she taught us about different animals and also gave us advice for beach locations etc. Excellent service!
