One of the best experiences you will live during your stay in Tierra del Fuego, the End of the World. Immerse myself in the wonderful world of ecosystem engineers, and I knew from the teaching by experts, what their work is like, as well as the methods of building levees and burrows.
The excursion begins upon arrival at the mountain refuge on the side of Lake Fagnano. Once there, we will take a rich snak and begin our hike, where we enter a century-old lenga forest until we reach the beavers area.
We must approach stealthily so as not to disturb these incredible animals, who as if they were architects build their levees and burrows with the trees of the area.
These small calm water reservoirs, also chosen by Cauquen families, are the places where the beavers live. Upon returning to the cabin they will be waiting for us with a delicious dinner.

We will begin our adventure, making two stops of landscape contemplation, Mirador del Valle Carbajal, and Paso Garibaldi. In the latter, we will also be able to contemplate the landscapes that will await us some time later. We will descend the same to Lake Escondido, along the old route of National Route Number 3.

We did the 4x4 tour on a Sunday with Julio and Barbara and the experience was 10. They were attentive all the time to not lose anything and to explain everything we saw. Then we had dinner there on the shores of the swamp. It was a 10 experience. Hopefully everyone is encouraged because it is worth it:)

Amazing experience! I've lived in Ushuaia for over 30 years and I've been delighted. I imagine for Non-residents it must be a thousand times better. The attention of the boys more than excellent, always attentive to our doubts and queries before the excursion. Gabril, our GUIDE, a CAPO!!!! He took the best pictures, told us curious facts, kept us attentive throughout the adventure! Super recommend! Luckily, we saw beavers on several tour opportunities!!! And the roast was the perfect close to a spectacular afternoon/night!!! WE LOVE!
