Beirut
Pick-up from Your Hotel or a central Beirut meeting point. Your guide introduces the day’s journey as you head east through the Lebanese mountains toward the Bekaa Valley.
Umayyad Ruins of Aanjar
Drive east to Anjar and explore Lebanon’s only Umayyad archaeological site. Walk the colonnaded main street and discover the palace ruins of this unique 8th-century trading city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We went to Aanjar, Baalbek and ksara winery, and throughout, we had great information and conversation. He drove carefully, and made our trip very enjoyable. His English was flawless.

5.00It was a fantastic day trip. Well planned. Not too long, not too short. Was great to see historical sites in Anjar and Baalbec and visiting winery in Ksara. The highlight of the trip was our tour leader, Hassane. He made the trip fun, was very friendly, caring and at the same time informative. Also lunch was amazing. Overall I highly recommend the tour.
