Our staff are genuine artisan chocolate makers, certified by the Federal Belgian Government.
In our boutiques, you can discover everything our chocolatiers create by hand, a showcase of creativity, craftsmanship, and passion.
We are the only certified artisan chocolate maker in the city of Brussels, and the only one not using industrial chocolate in our workshops. All the chocolate you’ll work with is crafted from premium cacao, fully traceable, and sourced through a 100% ethical and sustainable supply chain, meaning no deforestation, no child labor, and fair income for farmers.
In fact, 33% of the ticket price you pay for the workshop goes directly to support cacao farmers, ensuring them a decent and dignified living.
We are independent and proudly authentic, not part of any industrial group. During your visit, you’ll also have the opportunity to see our bean-to-bar machinery and receive explanations directly from our chocolate makers.

We are true Belgian chocolate makers, certified by the Belgian government. With us, you’ll really make your own chocolates being guided by a genuine and certified artisan! Let’s share our passion and explore the fascinating journey of Belgian chocolate, from our cacao plantations to our stores in Brussels. During the workshop, you’ll create your own mendiants, truffles, and a personalized chocolate bar and at the end, you’ll pack all your creations in a beautiful gift box to take home. You’ll also learn a lot about cacao: taste a raw cacao bean (super bitter!) and try pure cacao liquor, the natural paste we use to make our chocolate (no alcohol, just cacao!). The experience takes place in our brand-new 170 m² training centre, a fully equipped, air-conditioned workshop where we can welcome up to 60 participants. It can feel a bit cool inside, so we recommend dressing accordingly. Due to high demand, we currently run three sessions per day at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM. A hairnet is provided and must be worn during the workshop. Water dispensers and a disabled-access toilet are available on site.

I contacted the company to let them know I was running slightly late. The person I spoke to on the phone said this was fine and confirmed that when I arrived, a colleague would bring me through to the workshop. I arrived approximately 30 seconds after the call ended, only to be told I could not take part in the event and would need to return the following day. I explained that this was not possible as I was on a day trip to Brussels and would not be in the country the next day. Despite this, I was still refused entry. The lack of communication between staff and the inconsistency between what I was told on the phone and what happened on arrival was extremely disappointing. This situation could and should have been handled far more professionally.

This was an excellent experience; way better than I expected. I was in a small group of just 10 people, all very interested in the exercise. The tutor was an expert. she was very knowledgeable and was funny. she made the whole exercise really interesting and fun, and the time flew by. I learned some simple things about chocolate which I will remember. Some things to remember ... - You will need around 2 hours available - It is done in a group - You will get chocolate on your clothes! - You take away what you make

Informative and fun. Patricia was a great teacher and our family enjoyed the class a great deal. And, you walk out with several pieces of chocolate of our own making! Logistical note: the place where you check in is not where the class is, they walk you to the class location once check in is completed. They offer a same-day discount on their chocolates once the class is completed as well. Location is clean and restrooms are available.
