Interesting experience in the city of Brussels for our family (from 2 to 88 years old!) I do not recommend the open floor outside of summer! Imad and Prunnel were two very charming drivers who responded to our requests

An extremely practical and, above all, relaxed way to get around Brussels. It is advisable to first travel the entire route and listen to the complete audio guide and get off at the individual, desired points in the second round. The bus takes 120 minutes to complete a full circuit, with the bus leaving every 30 minutes at the respective stop. Headphones for the audio guide and timetables are available on the bus. The audio guide is quite informative. At one point, however, the language was Dutch, despite German attitudes. You can also listen to all comments manually offline in the app, which also shows when the next bus leaves at the nearest stop. All in all, a great way to get an overview of the important attractions in Brussels in a short time.

It's good if you want to give a view of the city and you don't want to walk it I would have liked to have done the other route and it's comfortable because it's rainy and you do the bus tour

Great route! We could get everywhere we wanted to go for a good price. Kacem was very kind and welcoming! The tour was really informative and fun. Thank you.

The bus comes only every 30 mins. Which really take so much of your time to visit other places. On top of that you are standing longer waiting for the bus. Good thing I have a voucher so I only paid $19+ otherwise, it’s not worth it but it’s the only way too to get around.

pick up area undergoing construction and directions not easy to navigate and several different start times were provided so many people milling around waiting to get started. and certainly did not need to pay for 2 days as most of what I wanted to see was within easy walking distance

Bus with many broken audio guides. The selected language worked for a few minutes then automatically switched to English. The route was very boring. Bad experience not to be repeated

An awful experience for the price we paid. I had to go through three headsets before finding ones that worked. When it did work it was mostly music that I heard. It was very frustrating driving past interesting buildings and statues and not hearing any commentary. When they was commentary it was either after we had driven past or about something we could not see. I work as a tourguide and would be fired for such a miserable offering. Better to use public transport , a guide book and go around yourself. Its cheaper and you will learn just as much.

This this has to be the worst city tour hop on hop off bus we have ever been on. 2 hours of useless information. The audio didn't match the tour or locations and was randomly repeated at various times on the bus. There were various old buildings where no references were made, yet would refer to Tin tin 3 or more times.
