5.00A fantastic tour. Ciaran was a wonderful guide: incredibly enthusiastic and amazingly knowledgeable about Berlin's unique stories--from beer to the Battle of Berlin. This was one of the best tours I've done in my travels, and Ciaran made it a total blast. If you want to walk literally in the footsteps of the end of the Third Reich, feel history come alive, and drink some great beers, this is your tour.

5.00Ciarian was absolutely amazing, his knowledge in history, beer and many other topics just flows so easily. I learnt so much on this tour, and have also found a new like toward dark (Dunkel) beer now. Highly recommend doing this tour.

5.00This was the first thing we did when we arrived in Berlin and it was perfect. Our guide, Ken, has a deep knowledge of the Battle of Berlin, and brought us up close and personal to the damage it inflicted. He also had a tablet with a ton of historic pictures and maps to give us a better sense of the history at each stop. Couple that with delicious beers (and the rest of the group was a ton of fun) and it couldn't have been better.

5.00Great tour, great beers, great history! Had so much fun learning and drinking and just having a good time with our group. Word of advice though, you are drinking beer and not just little sample glasses. Use the restroom every single chance you get!

This tour had great cold war and battle of berlin facts and sights. The beer portion was great as well. The best tour I have had in Germany hands down.

1.00I was really looking forward to this experience because the topic itself is fascinating. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The session felt longer than necessary, and the atmosphere was quite boring, which made it hard to stay engaged. The guide clearly knows the material, but the delivery lacked the energy and warmth that could have made it memorable. It’s a good concept, but in its current form, I wouldn’t recommend it. I don’t like to give bad reviews but unfortunately I don’t recooksnd taking this tour
