Depart from Friedrichstraße or Nikolaiviertel. Your 1-hour sightseeing tour will take you past the Reichstag (German Parliament Building), through the new Regierungsviertel (Government Quarter), all the way to the Haus der Kulturen der Welt (House of World Cultures).
After turning at the Lutherbrücke (Luther Bridge), keep a look out for Schloss Bellevue (Bellevue Palace), the "Beamtenschlange" (civil servant housing), and the Siegessäule (Victory Column).
Marvel at Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), Berliner Dom (Berlin Cathedral), Museumsinsel (Museum Island), and the Nikolaiviertal, the oldest residential area in Berlin. Arrive back either Friedrichstraße..

1.00We booked on this trip only to arrive and learn that it had been cancelled. It is showing as a past trip and I have been asked for a review by Viator despite contacting them to tell them it was cancelled. They have not responded to my messages

1.00Very bad experience, booked the tour via trip advisor, it was cancelled without any notification-we only found out when we phoned the company after waiting in the cold for 35 minutes. Have contacted the company and Tripadvisor for a refund and still have not heard anything back. Extremely disappointed in the service!

3.00Views were good. Only downfall was the listening device provided. One did not work at all and one had the battery die. So... I got to see the views but not sure what I was looking at as the tour was in German.

2.00The VIATOR barcode does not work when boarding the boat, so the boat attendant looked up my name and only found one ticket purchased so I had to convince them that I purchased more by showing them my email from VIATOR. The process of confirming that I had the required tickets was holding up the boarding process so they let us board. They also said the price that I paid was too expensive and should purchase tickets directly from them at the boat.

1.00I do not know who messed this up, We booked a tour especially for 11.00am through Trip Advisor which was confirmed by email. On checking the ticket issued by Stern Und Kreis the time was showing as 11.30am which would have caused us to miss our next tour. At the boat we had to argue our way on board and then there were no audio guides in English provided. Overall the experience was the worst I have experienced and would not recommend either Trip Advisor or Stern Und Kreis.

3.00The boat was fine and there was a decent selection of beverages to purchase. But it was raining and the view from below deck was poor. I would look for a glass covered boat next time. Also the audio tour wands were not handed out, they were just in a pile in an inconspicuous location that we didn’t notice until we de-boarded, so we missed all the information.

5.00My wife and I did a one hour tour, and was the perfect way to start the day and understand the layout of Berlin and to preview some of the spots we wanted to hit. We were a bit worried it’d be too short, but agree more would’ve been too much for us…though also agreed it would’ve been lovely just to float and sight see.
