The tour itself was good. The information, ride, and application with bus times were all good . The negative came from the tour ending more than an hour before the official given time and one bus stop not being where it showed . Which means that we missed the last 3-4 stops. So a mediocre experience.

Advertised as the hop on, hop off bus tour. We made 0 stops, 0 good picture taking opportunities. The guide was awful. Announced every turn the bus took, what is the need for that I think we all have eyes and can see when the bus is turning. 100% would not recommend had me falling asleep and struggling to keep my eyes open. If you are doing this I would recommend 10-12 pints so you are drunk to the point where you don’t even understand what’s going on. Probably the only way to make this experience any fun. Also didn’t get the currywurst that was advertised. DO NOT fund this terrible business.

It was good. I bought the two day pass but it was not clear that you can only use it until 4pm each day so unfortunately we couldn’t use it the second day. I was hoping we could get on later on the day due to other things we had planned. That being said, it was run well and we got to see many places on our first day.

This tour was terrible. We spent more time listening to music than learning about the history of Berlin! Plus the bus stops at multiple stops for over 10 minutes, you would have thought the driver got the hint when everyone was cheering when he started to drive again. All-in-all the tour needs re-done and more information added, rather than talking about all the embassy buildings and barely anything about the brandenburg gate… . Would not recommend. We have the 24 hour pass and we have decided not to get on the bus again and instead walk and google information. The seats were so uncomfortable as well. I went for this bus tour as it was the top rated on trip advisor - trip advisor, this was not a good recommendation!

The ride itself was pleasant, but the audio commentary could definitely use an update—it’s so dull it might put you to sleep. I had also paid for the trip package that included currywurst, but when the agent scanned my ticket, the currywurst coupons didn’t print. He contacted the office, and another representative said they would send the coupons within 24 hours, even though our tour was only another hour long. After some back and forth, the rep insisted the coupons had been sent, but we never received them.

In English. The guides are friendly and you stop at all of the main tourist attractions. Very well coordinated.

The Big Bus was well worth the price. It allows you to get an overview of the city. You can use it to help plan your itinery. It is good value for money

We booked the Big Bus evening tour for 30th September 2025 in advance of our trip. We were not sent a confirmation email and the voucher I found on our holiday booking website did not have a time for the tour. When in Berlin we arrived at what we thought up was the designated bus stop and time from information via the company website. The information we had in advance was extremely vague. No bus turned up and we stayed in the vicinity quite some time and saw no buses in the area. When I complained about this and requested a refund , I was led all round the houses by the company, which is more than we can say for the bus. I was eventually told that we must have been at wrong stop, that the bus company confirmed the bus had gone. Our refund was denied. When I asked for actual proof that the bus had arrived and actour taken place, as opposed to just being told this, I was sent as “proof” a screenshot, that was actually blank. In view of this I do not believe the tour ever took place. The company now seem to be ignoring further emails from me and I would recommend that you do not book this tour.
