Do Eat Better Experience Berlin Food Tour is a walking tour in small groups around the Mitte district. You will be guided by a Local Expert who's able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and any other relevant curiosities.
Our tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Berlin culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. You will have a full meal in at least 4 stops and taste of the most famous dishes in town, such as kebab and currywurst.
All the food and drinks here described are included. This food tour is also vegan friendly!

What To Expect
Mitte
Embark on this culinary journey in the German capital with us. You will explore the Mitte district, which once was divided in two by the famous Berlin Wall, and you will try a multitude of flavours, which have made Berlin a city to discover through your taste buds, as well! Please, notice that the tastings here described may change due to the season and the availability of our partners.
Alexanderplatz
We will start our tour in one of the most famous squares in the world, Alexanderplatz, with the iconic Berliner Fernsehturm, the Television Tower. From here, you will take a walk across the Mitte district with our local expert and have a taste of some of the most beloved dishes in Berlin, starting from a staple of German cuisine: Currywurst!

5.00A great experience with Marta as our knowledgable guide. She gave us a unique, entertaining and informative tour around areas of Berlin we certainly never would have found on our own. Our foods and drinks were all excellent selections, but she provided much more, with a ton of pertinent historic and cultural insights. The döner kabab was our hands-down fave, full of big flavor and texture. We appreciated that our food preferences were handled easily and with care. Marta was so pleasant, personable and delightful, she left us with the most positive impression.

5.00This was such a nice tour! Marta was great, sharing so much history and insight with us. The weather was terrible and we were the only ones crazy enough to book a walking tour. Most operators probably would have cancelled. We were so happy she did not. Berlin is a fascinating city and Marta pointed out so many interesting places. The food and beer were fantastic. We finished at a brewery where we ended up spending a few more hours by ourselves. Over the course of the tour, we walked by so many restaurants of cuisines we love. After the tour ended, Marta sent us a comprehensive list of her favorites. It was extremely thoughtful.

5.00Great tour with Elaine! Good to try out food where locals go to eat and not touristy place. It was perfect way to see Berlin. There was just us and the tour guide it was a bit awkward at the beginning but you get used to it.

Every stop she took us to was absolutely delicious — from traditional German dishes to local snacks and, of course, the amazing beer! 🍺 What made it even better was how she combined food with culture and history. Between bites, she shared fascinating stories about Berlin’s past and pointed out some great landmarks along the way. It felt like exploring the city with a very knowledgeable and friendly local.
