Follow the steps of the travel guru - Rick Steves - and see Prague "through the back door".
Our company is honoured to cooperate with Rick Steves and his company since 2004. We have guided many of their European group tours.
You can book the "Best of Prague tour" with us. We do this tour for Rick whenever he comes to Prague to upgrade his book. You can try it too! :-)
Rick is always very friendly and allowed us to use his name for our business. He never asked for any money. The only rule he expressed was that he is very uncompromising regarding the quality of the books delivered to Rick`s bookholders!
This walking tour offers professional and friendly individual care + "a SURPRISE LOCAL TREAT". Every client gets something very local, that you would otherwise miss. We pay attention to the local details ... just as Rick likes. :-)

We had the most amazing personalized tour with our guide, Olga. She tailored the experience as we went, and it truly felt like we saw everything. Even with just one day in Prague, she made sure we got the absolute most out of it—and we loved the city so much that we already want to go back. Olga was incredibly patient and thoughtful, took us to the best photo spots, helped us avoid the tourist traps, and brought the city to life through its legends and superstitions. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience Prague.

What a WONDERFUL experience... actually TWO experiences we had. Lenka was our guide for the 6 hour walking tour of Prague. I have nothing but praise. She is kind, paced and planned the tour based on our needs and interests and her knowledge was thorough but not heavy handed, her sincere interest in her work was evident, and she helped us create plans for the next few days. This included her brother and fellow guide Karel taking us to Kutna Hora. He was equally as lovely, engaging, and fun, yet both guides had their own styles and personalities, making each tour a uniquely enjoyable day. Were we to return, we would specifically ask for each of them to work with us again.

My daughter is studying in Prague this year, so my friend and I took a trip to visit in late October/early November. One of the many activities we did was book a walking tour of the city where we were lucky enough to be paired up with Lenka! I can't say enough good things about her! She is top notch! She was so knowledgeable and courteous she made our day extremely enjoyable. Not only did she walk us around the city for 6 hours, but she also enlisted her brother, Karel to take us to Kutna Hora the next day. He was equally knowledgeable and enjoyable to hang out with! We not only enjoyed learning the history of the city, but they also introduced us to some local (non-touristy) places that really made us feel like we were immersed in the culture. If you're ever looking to book a walking tour, I highly, highly recommend these two. They were fantastic!!

The morning after my wife and I arrived in Prague for the first time, we took a half day tour with Veronika. The tour far exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed it so much we asked Veronika for a second tour later in the week to a different part of this enchanting city. Veronika is a veritable encyclopedia of all things Czech and her knowledge and understanding is equally matched by her enthusiasm for the subject and her very entertaining presentation. It was a pleasure to spend time with her. It is difficult to imagine one coming away from such a tour without a strong sense of the history of this wonderful country and its people, a story complete with tragedy and sadness yet full of courage and perseverance, strength, beauty and continual rebirth. We highly recommend these tours.

We had an amazing experience with Alena! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our questions and we felt very comfortable and welcomed to Prague. She did a wonderful job of taking us to and explaining the sites that we had asked to see and also showing us little gems that were hidden, but very interesting and beautiful. Most exciting, you were given a tour inside the astrological clock to see the mechanism! She recognized the clockmaster getting out of his car and asked if we could go in. It was an experience of a lifetime! We will definitely recommend her to anyone you know who will be visiting. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Alena Dušková was our guide and was absolutely excellent! She expertly guided us and explained the significance of sites we had on our list to see, while also sharing with us hidden gems that made for a very rich experience. The highlight was a visit INSIDE the astrological clock after she recognized the clockmaster arriving to check on the clock mechanism. She asked, and we were able to see the inside of this amazing machine. The experience of a lifetime! We will certainly recommend your company, and Alena in particular, to anyone who is traveling to Prague. Just an amazing day!

Sarka is a LOCAL. This was actually my 3rd trip to Prague and I was visiting with family on a Rick Steve’s trip. We spent 2 mornings with her: 1) old town and parts of new town 2) Castle tour, so be sure to inquire about the type of tours she does for Rick Steve’s to get a longer tour that is off the beaten path, so to speak. The tour of new town will discuss more of the Velvet Revolution. Old town will discuss more of the typical tourist spots. She’s energetic, funny, and knew the answers to several obscure questions people on our tour asked. She also provides a unique historical point of view by providing stories from when she was a child growing up in Soviet-era control. One of my favorite parts about her tours is that she will take you walking and weave throughout the hidden city streets. This is a much more enjoyable experience where you find hidden courtyards, shops, and restaurants, vs crowded walkways and car traffic. I fully intend to use her again for the smaller towns outside of Prague.

Tereza is exactly what you need for a knowledgeable, high energy and fun filled tour of Prague. I booked Tereza for a private tour as our group had various travel interests. She discussed our desires before our tour and happily worked in all requests. Tereza had an easy going nature while answering all of our questions and she carries such beautiful energy. She is so knowledgeable of her city, not only sharing its history, but filling in with some personal experiences living under the changes which occurred in her lifetime. Immediately, we felt we were walking with a long time friend who was happy we were in town visiting. Tereza has so much knowledge of, and love for her beautiful city, it was infectious!
