Hiromune Observation Deck
Hiromine Observation Plaza is located near the summit of Mount Hiromine, at an elevation of approximately 300 meters. From the observation deck, visitors can enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Himeji Castle, the expansive Banshu Plain, and—on clear days—even the distant Seto Inland Sea.
Hiromine Shrine is a historic Shinto shrine with origins dating back nearly 2,000 years, and its main sanctuary was established in 734. Nestled deep in the quiet mountains of Mount Hiromine, it has long been revered as a sacred spiritual power spot. On this tour, guests will experience a unique style of worship found only at Hiromine Shrine, based on Onmyodo (ancient Japanese cosmology). Visitors pray to the guardian deity of their Nine Star destiny, offering wishes while facing the prayer point associated with their own destiny star. 5.00We were able to do sightseeing efficiently in a short time. I live in the neighborhood, and it was great to visit Mount Hiromine and Hiromine Shrine for the first time. The view from the 45-year-old mountain was also great, and I saw Himeji Castle standing in Mount Himeji for the first time. Himeji Castle from the Himeji Station side as seen all the time No, Himeji Castle was very good. From the train window, I also learned about Okiku Shrine as a power spot. 4.00It was my first time sightseeing in Himeji. He showed me people and places closely related to Himeji Castle. While enjoying the illuminated Himeji Castle during the evening sightseeing, we were able to touch the history while enjoying the darkness such as beautiful places with night views unknown to the locals and shrines without people.
