What To Expect
Duration:2 hours
Operating Schedule:Departures every 30 minutes from Stop 1 (Bayside Marketplace) starting at 9AM until 4PM. Alternatively, guests can board the bus at any of the stops along the route. Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings. For live bus tracking on the day of travel - please download the Big Bus App in advance of arrival.
Stop 1 - Bayside Marketplace (metro bus stop in front of Ben's Pizza)
Stop 2 - South Beach (Metro bus stop in front of CVS Pharmacy)
Stop 3 - Soundscape Park (metro bus stop opposite the Greenview Hotel)
Stop 5 - Mid Beach/RIU Hotel (metro bus stop in front of the RIU Hotel, between 31st & 32nd St)
Stop 6 - North Beach/Fontainebleu & Lexington Hotels (metro bus stop in front of the Lexington Hotel)
Stop 7 - Design District/Midtown (metro bus stop located right beneath the overpass/bridge)
Stop 8 - Wynwood Walls
Stop 9 - Downtown/Holiday Inn (metro bus stop near corner with NE 3rd St, near Holiday Inn)

4.00The 48 hour option that included the millionaire boat cruise and the night tour was a perfect way to get the best overall experience and still be able to explore the various areas. It’s always a challenge to get on and off at some stops depending on the time of day, realizing the bus could be full. We waited till day two to get off and spend a few hours in Little Havana so we did not feel rushed. It’s always better up top, but the sun was a little much at some point. The staff managing the boarding at all stops were very helpful and informative. The recommendation to utilize the big bus app was the best thing ever! Having done a few of these, this is a huge step forward in terms of both managing the ticket access and having the information about how soon the next bus was coming, etc..

1.00Do Not use Big Bus Hop on Hop Off Miami! If there was a 0 Stars I would use it! We are experienced travellers, flew into Miami Fl early so we would tour Miami via Big Bus. However after paying for transit from hotel to Little Havana Big Bus stop.. waited over 2 hr, NO BUS ever came. Tried calling the local office Closed, Yelp showed business Closed, local shops said havent seen a bus in a long time. We are out $172.00 USD, plus our transit costs for 4.

2.00Booked this through Virgin Cruises with an airport connection. The service was slow, the drivers were rude, the busses were run down and one of them smelled terrible. We waited 45-60 minutes between busses. They were so crowded that we were standing in the stairs and in the aisles. I reached out to the customer service team for assistance with the app, and it took 4 days to get a response. I do not recommend this company!

1.00Not a good experience booking through viator. Better directly with tour company. I keep sending email and calling them frequently but no sync between viator and tour company coz they always says unable to connect. Them why viator. Also date selection is not user friendly. I will not use viator any more.

1.00Recorded Bus tour, been on them before, but we all prefer a driver or person to give the touer and answer questions. The one star is the buses were supposed to be at their stops every 15 to 10 minutes. After waiting an hour ( if traffic was the problem, more buses) we had to Uber back to the start which would have been hour walk, to.pick up our luggage, and get to the airport or miss our flight. The driver grunted at you after showing the ticket and didn't mention the earbuds for the tour. So we missed most of it.
