We had an unforgettable full day full of sightseeing. Blumenau is a lovely German town with it's unique architecture. It's located in a valley bisected by the Itajaí-Açu River, surrounded by hills with forests. Tour guide was well informed and made the tour worthwhile. Lunch buffet wasn't any ordinary buffet, food high quality and plenty of deserts!! I'm American and enjoyed every moment in Santa Catarina.

First of all the information here is wrong . Most of the day is spent going to department stores so Brazilians from other states can go shopping.. Their is no way I would have booked this tour if I had known this.
Very little time is actually sent on the culture and architecture of the city.
This is the worst tour I have ever been on.
Please avoid.
