What To Expect
This is an exciting adventures in the hills, valleys and mountains of Jamaica, where real life happens! We’ll see dogs, chickens, cows, dunkeys, and most certainly goats :) 9 miles is the village where Bob Marley was burned and raised up to 13 year old. We will visit his birth home, his house. And also where he’s laying to rest. It’s a beautiful tour. Where you learn, sing, laugh and feel a connection to Bob Marley.

5.00I recommend Mary for professionalism, dynamism, and benevolence. We have thanks to her an extraordinary stay. She immediately understood our expectations, she met them perfectly. It has adapted to all situations (wheels, flat, want to vomit etc. 😅) Marie is not only a guide or translator... she is true in love with Jamaica. How to end this comment without talking about Jerome!?? Impossible .. the person responsible for your safety during your travels, be sure to be safe, he knows the island as his pocket and drives very well. I highly recommend Mary and Jerome!

5.00A perfect day, planned well in advance with this charming Marie who imbues us with her life as a Francophone (Quebec) guide in Jamaica. On time, patient, took care of us, we felt VIP from start to finish. This day was memorable and the hit of our week. Marie picked us up from the hotel, clean and orderly vehicle, pleasant music, taught us a multitude of things about this beautiful island. We felt safe at all times. had refreshments and snacks with her. We started the day by visiting Dunn's Rivers Falls: a must do! Admission prices were included in the price of our day with her. She mentioned the basics for the site and left us explored in privacy (and also took pictures for memorable memories). Dunn's river falls is a unique place! Then we took the road to 9 Miles to visit Bob Marley's childhood home and mausoleum. Still a winding road with reckless drivers. I would never have gone there by myself when renting a vehicle I do not advise you! We felt safe with her. She brought us to dinner in a real village restaurant: the best fried chicken was waiting for us! We felt like home, the owner of the restaurant was endearing and was happy to meet us, at the right flicker, unpretentious, we were able to get hold of Jamaica with gratitude! Once at 9 Miles, Marie translated and told us the anecdotes in French throughout our visit to the site. Being a woman with 2 teenagers, I was very happy to be with Marie for our day! She knows people and she is safe and very cool! My teenagers loved it! In short, beautiful day, safe, beautiful places, an exceptional guide and we have been bored of Jamaica ever since! This day connected us with Jamaica, it was good to see the real Jamaica with a pro! Thank you for your generosity Mary see you soon! Julie Victoria & Alexandre
