A wonderful way to see all the highlights of Boston. Reasonably priced and fun. Guides/drivers Crafty and Gonzo were outstanding with humorous, entertaining, and informative comments throughout. Saw more than I was expecting. Their navigation skills through traffic and even a protest march was impressive. We were picked up right at our hotel. It was the greatest memory of our stay in Boston.

A little confusing on switching between lines. Very long waits on the orange line/back bay. Waited over 40 minutes

Have proper documentation. If you don't, the folks at the 800 number are very helpful. We had a group and we all enjoyed the hop on hop off.

For the cost, unless you are planning to ride it, hop on hop off often, it can be a waste of money. I have learned this from experience.

We did not know winter hours and that bus tours ended at 4:00 p.m. and NOT 5:00 p.m. as stated in ad

Loved the tour to get a good feel for Boston and for what we would like to see in more depth. Ms. Beantown, our driver, was funny and we loved her stories. I know is it really not possible, but I wish the stops were closer to the things you want to see. My dad is 85 and could not walk to the actual monuments, so when we got off, we took an Uber to the actual site (which luckily was very affordable vs. the walking), visited the site and then took an Uber back to the stop. We didn't book this through the cruise ship, so we had to Uber to the starting point which was a little expensive, but we were dropped off at the cruise port with the people who did book through the cruise ship, so that was a nice surprise to not have to take yet another Uber back to the ship.

Great tour covering all the major sights of Boston. Very little waiting every time we ‘hopped off’. Guides were great but shout out to Crafty who was particularly good. Would recommend this tour for any visitors to the city
