A fantastic experience, a very smooth movement and much bigger than you think. Plenty of room, excellent 360 degree view. Bought a glass of prosecco, as champagne is a bit expensive, but definitely recommend a visit.

Want to thank the wonderful, sparkly and all round fabulous Toyah for her warm welcome at the i360. Was inspired by her delicious looking iced coffee and ordered one! It was delicious btw! There’s a much more approachable feel to the cafe/bar area that I now like to pop to to have a beer or coffee which I probably wouldn’t have done before (!) Went on a sunny day and there was a lovely mellow Cafe Del Mar feel about it.. great music too. Love the seating on the beach too.. view is epic! The prices for residents to use the i360 are very reasonable (£5 I think?) so I’ll be dragging the fam down soon. Look forward to spending more time here! All the staff are excellent btw.. super friendly and well informed. Keep up the top work guys!

The children are everywhere and un supervised. Big are so the parents let them run amuck. The tour operators says it happens a lot. They need adult only rides 2 or 3 times a day

My i360 experience in summer was a total misfire. The pod itself was a solar flare of heat, a literal sauna with none of the benefits. They ought to offer water freely, but instead, their drink prices are astronomical. The intense temperature inside the "doughnut" was so bad everyone had heat stroke after it. We found a few fans blowing cold air, but they were tucked away from the main viewing area. The conundrum was this: you either chose to orbit the fans to escape the heat, or you stayed at the viewing window and endured a scorching experience you paid a stellar price for. This is a cosmic health hazard and needs to be shut down.

Great activity to have a 360° view of the city and the coast. It allows you to see things you obviously can't see while you're on the ground. Little flat for me, once in the pod, I found everything very fast.

We arrived at the booking office to see outside that it was cheaper to book online. We popped into the box office where this was confirmed so we stood outside, booked online and bought our tickets cheaper. Why? Not great for people who struggle with going online. We then boarded and went into the capsule. There were several places where there were cracks on panels of the outside glass - a little unnerving. We then started to climb then stopped three quarters up. A member of staff then attempted to give an informative talk. The sound was awful, along with his accent this meant we could not hear or understand very little of what he was saying. All in all a disappointing experience.

This observation tower of 172 m high was built by the people who previously built London Eye. It stands on the bank where the West Pier used to be. The glass cocoon that moves up and down the pole can carry 200 people at a time and gives a panoramic view of 360 degrees. December 2024 the tower closed due to money problems, the attraction never reached the proposed visitor numbers. On 8 March the event reopened, this time freed from £51 million of debt to the city.

Over priced for what it is. A lot of other great attractions that you can do in Brighton instead of this attraction. Brighton is a lovely spot.
