  Julian made the history of Brighton come alive. He is witty, charming, and made our tour outstanding! I highly recommend this tour to get oriented, and have a fun and interesting experience.

  Showed up to the meeting spot 20 minutes early and waited. The time rolled around to begin and no one was there. I messaged the tour guide. No response. I contacted Viator, telling them all this. They said they couldn't get ahold of the tour guide either and asked me what I wanted to do. I said I guess just refund my money and I'll continue along with my day. They put in a request for a refund and it was denied, the tour guide saying it isn't his problem and he has a lot of compliments on his tours. I had to reiterate this request 3 times to get a simple refund for a tour that I never went on and wasted over an hour of my day. I just wasn't letting it go, it was outrageous. So I'd tell anyone looking to book this to not count on it happening and to have a backup plan!

  Really nice couple of hours being shown around Brighton. Two of us live in Brighton but learned a lot that we didn't know. Julian was a lovely, funny and informative guide

  Absolutely all of it x The tour guide was great and we saw and heard of things that we didn’t know before the tour. Especially loved the Big Green Doughnut !!
