This tour exceeded my expectations. Martin, our local guide, was knowledgeable and genuinely engaged with the group, always eager to help participants get the most out of their time in Argentina. He shared useful tips on what else to see and do and explained how things work day to day in the country. The five stops were well chosen and a good balance of sweet and savory. Altogether they offered a great window into the city's food culture, including a lesson in how to prepare and serve mate (pay attention!).

Our tour guide, Martin, was spectacular. We went to five different places and experienced a variety of foods from pizza to choripan (Palermo style) to mate and chocolate to some of the best steak I've ever tasted. We ended with tasty and rich scoops of Italian ice cream. The pace was fun and relaxing. Along the way we learned a lot from Martin about Argentinian food, culture, and people. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to experience Palermo: the food, the fun, and fabulous vibe of the neighborhood.
