The audio is often not synced to where you are. Audio not always clear and sometimes cut out. Audio often indicated a wrong stop number. The navigation from Stop 6 was canceled but we were not told ahead of time so we could plan alternatively. Grayline had difficulty finding our reservation, which was stressful. Still waiting to hear from Viator about a refund for the difference in price between tickets with and without navigation. Walking tours generally only in Spanish but we lucked out. Great walking tours at Stop 6 and 8.

All very good service. But we weren't told that for the schedule we only did until stop 10. We had a lot left unvisited. We started around 2.30pm. And we did a guided tour x San Telmo. They'd have to take that into account and warn him.

We loved the tour and would recommend it highly. Biggest challenge was finding the actual location for pick up. With today’s technology it should be easy to geo-identify the exact location of each stop. Please consider this.

There are two hop on hop off bus lines in Buenos Aires. Whatever you do, don’t take the Red Line! We bought tickets in advance for our visit. The first of two days we had a long wait, but finally got picked up. We rode to our first stop just fine. When we went to hop on for our next ride, we waited a long time for the bus, but when it came, they wouldn’t let us on because it was full. After another long wait, the same thing happened. There were people who had been waiting longer than we had, and most everyone finally gave up and took cabs. At our next location, we waited a long time (the long waits I’m describing are 30 minutes or more) but finally got a bus. At the next stop, we waited another half hour and gave up again and took the long walk back to our hotel, never seeing a bus along the way. The next morning we waited almost an hour, but a bus never came, so again we took a taxi. To come back, we took a cab, never having seen a Red Line bus all day. So we had paid for 2 days, got 2 hops on, waited for hours, and wound up taking taxis, which weren’t expensive and we should have planned them from the start. (There is also a Yellow line of hop on hop off, probably better - couldn’t be worse- and during our long waits for Red Line buses we were passed by several Yellow Line buses.). Worst experience of the whole visit to Buenos Aires. We deserve a total refund, but probably pointless to ask them for one,

We came with Paula VillLba very good guide, a very broad girl her explanations, with her help we took not only photos but also a lot of history and culture that she shared with us would not have been the same as walking all this alone. We would use the tour bus again for these needles in particular to look for such a special guide.
