What To Expect
La Ventana Barrio De Tango
We’ll head to the streets of San Telmo, the oldest neighborhood in Buenos Aires and the birthplace of tango. There, we'll arrive at a historic conventillo — once a traditional tenement house, now beautifully restored and transformed into a charming dinner-theater venue — to enjoy an unforgettable night at La Ventana. Before the dinner-show, you'll have the option to take part in a tango class or enjoy an exclusive wine tasting led by our expert sommeliers. This pre-show experience lasts approximately one hour.
La Ventana Barrio De Tango
Dinner is served between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM, featuring a carefully curated menu of gourmet dishes that blend the best of Argentine and international cuisine. At 9:30 PM, the tango show begins — a performance that’s sure to impress. Live music is performed by renowned tango orchestras and a traditional Argentine folk music group. On stage, four pairs of dancers will captivate you with their skill, elegance, and passion. The show also includes live indigenous music and a glimpse into gaucho culture, featuring a breathtaking boleadoras demonstration — a traditional tool used by gauchos for cattle herding. To conclude this magical evening, La Ventana pays an emotional tribute to Eva Perón with a moving performance of the iconic song from the famous musical. A unique and unforgettable moment.

5.00One of the most fun nights we've ever had! There were so many dancers and and musicians, and all of them were so good. The place was also very chic. I recommend it to anyone, whoever you're traveling with!

5.00The food was delicious and the dancers were wonderful. Having a live band providing the music added to the experience in the best way. I don’t know Spanish; however, the emotion connected to the music was clearly understood. I’d definitely recommend you check it out.

5.00La Ventana Tango Show and Dinner was superb. The actual venue is of great interest with a gift shop and exhibits of tango and other entertainment memorabilia. The concert hall itself is very ornate, with much to look at above you and around you. The layout of the tables is good and there is a good view of the stage from all tables. There is an extensive choice of Appetizers, Entrees and Desserts, from which the items we chose were very good. There was a bottle of wine and water included in our tickets. The show itself is magnificent. The tangos dancers are superb and put on a really great show. The Sextet band which becomes a Septet band are great and they all give a virtuoso performance. The highlight for us was the Panpipes Band who were truly great, especially their renditions of ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, along with a ‘Fist Full of Dollars’ and a ‘Few Dollars More’. This is entertainment of the highest quality. We had a great time and have no hesitation in recommending the La Ventana Tango Show. The only downside is that they forgot to serve us our desserts. This is a 5-Star Night.
