  This was an intimate, educational, fun and tasty experience. Matthieu is very well versed in all aspects of wine making and patient with questions. He made our experience enjoyable and fun. We learned about wine pairing and what different wine aromas mean. Plus! He has yummy wine for sale.

  Matthieu was an excellent guide for this tasting. I ended up being the only person that day but Matthieu was extremely passionate and willing to explain and answer every question I had. He also made some excellent recommendations on what to do in dijon itself. Overall it was an excellent testing experience and I came away feeling I had learned about Burgundy.

  Really excellent class in Burgundy wines, very informative and some great wines. Fluent in English and can adapt the level of the class to your knowledge.

  What a lovely class and tasting! Matt was thorough and personable. I was the only one registered for the event, and he made it such an inviting and fun session still. Will definitely visit again next time in Dijon.
