Cachasol operates tours Tuesday through Sunday (Closed Monday) at 1pm & 5pm.

Cachasol Spirits
Nestled in the lush landscapes of Rancho del Mono, just minutes from Sayulita and Punta Mita, Cachasol is Nayarit’s first Raicilla distillery and the home of Cachasol Tequila. This is more than just a tour—it’s a hands-on cultural experience, blending agave, tradition, sustainability, and flavor. Visitors can book 90-minute guided tours that takes you through every step of the Raicilla-making process, culminating in a Cachasol Raicilla & Tequila tasting (Cata), paired with an open bar and farm-to-table cuisine cooked fresh before your eyes.

5.00A truly great experience. My whole group agreed we were glad that we got a little bit further out for this tour. The tour guide, Jose Luis, was welcoming and informative. The process he outlined was really interesting. The tasting was well-guided and paired with excellent cactus salad and ceviche. That and a dinner after were all made right there on the farm. 10/10 recommend.

5.00Extremely informative and interesting, our guide clearly knew her stuff and explained everything along the way in a manner that was easy to follow, very engaging and quite enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone! The food was great and I loved the tasting (my partner doesn't really drink tequila and still loved the entire experience).

5.00We found Cachasol last while visiting sayulita and it is such a hidden gem. Our guide Ceci was executional and very down to earth. She was knowledgeable about their entire Tequila process and the making of their Raicilla. At the end of the tour, we were given an amazing tasting and lunch!! Overall great experience and we can’t wait to see everyone again!!

5.00This is a super cool spot to spend the afternoon with the fam or even brunch on Sundays. As a resident of Sayulita, we go to Cachasol frequently and it never disappoints. Best part is my 11 year old twins also love it because of the playground and the hammocks etc... The owner James, knows what he is doing and has created a very special experience for the whole family. To top it all off, the tequila is incredible, and has already won several awards. Do not miss this special experience if you are on vacation or a local!
