Cachasol Farm Distillery is a working coastal farm distillery, think Napa meets agave on the coast. Forbes called Cachasol "a destination, not just a label," and this tour is the clearest way to understand why. We begin with a welcome cocktail at the Cachashade Bar, then, we walk through the production spaces where you'll learn the nuances between tequila & raicilla, how agave species, process, and natural environment shape flavor, & why we built an on-site raicilla distillery to tell a deeper story about agave beyond tequila. You'll try our estate-made raicilla, produced right here on the farm, followed by Cachasol Blanco & Epic Strength, our award-winning, additive-free tequilas made with 100% Nayarit-grown agave and IPA-inspired fermentation. We taste cooked agave, explore proof, fermentation, and production choices, and pair the spirits with fresh bites from the kitchen to make the flavors come alive. We finish with a full farm-to-table meal from our open-fire kitchen.

This farm/distillery is a must if you are anywhere near the PV area. From the start, it is a magical experience on a serene agave farm with a charming outdoor bar and welcome cocktails. Our guide gave a wonderful and informational tour of the land and processes for each type of liquor they produce. The farm is gorgeous, with a small pond and various plants. Then the lunch was just phenomenal, prepared in the moment on the comal. Overall just a lovely experience. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Absolutely incredible experience in Sayulita! This farm distillery tour was so much more than what it sounds like. We learned so much about the traditional process of raicilla and tequila, do a super informative tasting, got to walk around the beautiful farm, and indulge in delicious cocktails. And that's not all- we were all sooo pleasantly surprised with the full dinner at the end of the tour. Delicious guacamole, soup, and insanely good, fresh prepared quesadillas and sopes made from scratch right in front of your eyes in the wood fire kitchen! While being a farm- the whole experience was still extremely elevated. I went with a retreat group of women, and I can imagine it would be perfect for bachelorette parties, wedding parties, date nights, and just overall anyone interested in a high-end experience in Sayulita.

Cachasol was one of the standout experiences of my trip to Sayulita. I happened to be the only guest that evening, so I ended up with a very personalized tour, which made it feel really special and memorable. I loved learning about how tequila is made from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do, which really added to the experience. The evening also included a farm-to-table traditional Mexican meal, which was amazing. It really rounded out the experience and made it feel like a meal with friends and not just a tour. If you’re in the area and looking for something a little different, I would absolutely recommend. It would be great for families, couples, groups or anyone looking for a fun evening. Jose and the team did an incredible job with our Farm Tour, tequila agave cooking lesson and tasting. The food, culture, vibe was just magical. This was my 2nd time visiting and they did not disappoint. We thank all of you and James for always stepping up and making it a special experience.

If you are going to Sayulita or Punta Mita, Cachasol is a must visit - an experience packed tour that blends education, incredible hospitality, impeccable food and outstanding cocktails. The two blanco tequilas are incredibly good - definitely check out the Epic Strength Blanco which is incredibly smooth. The Raicialla is fantastic and when you see how it is made on site, you will be an instant convert. Monty is an excellent host and tour guide and the food (that comes with the tour along with tequila/Raicialla tasting and cocktails) is also incredible..

This was the absolute best experience. We ended up having a private tour because no one else signed up for the same day and it turned out perfectly. The food was exceptional and we came home with so much tequila and raicilla! We can’t wait to go back the next time we are in the area!!

What an exceptional experience. Today was my 5th or 6th time at Cachasol, with a new group of visiting guests. The facility is so well done and well presented. It is a consistent home run with all our guests and I never tire of the experience. If you appreciate thoughtful dedication to excellence and reasonable prices, this is an experience to not miss.
