Our guide only lead us thru the hike. Many other guides stopped along the way to explain various facts. I felt she was in a hurry to get going.

we've had nice hike and Monica our guide was really lovely. it was a good day and we enjoyed it a lot. though it was too windy that made us not be able to stop at the hanging bridge fro some instargram shots :D The coach was a bit of a rundown especially at the back seats, a shma ethough because we were picked up from Malaga centro wchich was the last pick up point so we didn't have the luck to be able to pick our seats ( only the ones at the back that were available.

Be prepared for over 4 hours on the bus getting to and from the Caminito. The 25 minute stop for a sandwich and to use the restroom was ridiculous. It was way too rushed. I don’t like being in a crowd. It spoiled the quiet nature experience. We misunderstood how to connect with the guide to get back to the bus at the end of the tour and someone had to find us. I also think that the tour is overpriced. The admission is only 10 euros and we each paid $76.00. I can’t recommend this way to experience the Caminito.

Amazing scenery through a guided tour. Definitely more of a walk than a hike but worth it for the experience! Whole trip ended up taking ~6hrs including the bus ride. Plenty of chances for food/drinks/bathroom breaks as well. A total need to do if you love nature!

This review is for Daniel our tour guide for the Caminito Del Rey. I don't think you could imagine a person more suited to his job. He was English speaking yet he was born in a village not far from the area so he was fluent in Spanish. This also meant he knew absolutely everything about the whole place and knew exactly what was interesting to say and more importantly what not to say! He glided through the tour in an efficient manner and we could not have asked for a better tour guide. The scenes he took us through just speak for themselves, it was breathtaking.
