We jumped on the Urban Safari as part of our two day tour. Derek, our tour guide and driver were both great. Derek had a great sense of humour, provided great tips about safety in the local area as well as some really insightful knowledge about the local area. Thank you both for a fab tour. At stop 5 where you can pick this tour up, there is a lovely cafe and some clean toilets. Buses were so frequent. We couldn't believe it. Only thing that would have been helpful is that you need to scan you main ticket at reception to get a separate ticket to get on the bus.

Super convenient to get a first impression of a city. We both went through Libien, the Ksnaltour and the Urban Safari. The guide, who was on the bus at the Urban Safari that, has given once again much more insight into history and culture, could answer questions and the small bus drive much better in the center. Also the sunset tour was great. Anytime again

Our local ranger, Neil Buys, was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and full of interesting stories about the city. We learned so much about the CBD and enjoyed several great stops along the way. A big thank you as well to Sipho, our driver, who made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the tour. It was such a great way to see the city in a whole new light. Highly recommended!
