5.00We had Eli as our guide and he gave great info throughout your and kept us all together and was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the buildings and area - willing to answer anything. We had a great time on the tour - library of congress was simply impressive, and the tour of the Capitol buildings at the end was well organised and informative too (by the docents not Eli) - definitely recommend this or any other tours by “D.C. on foot” - happy folks!!
