Unfortunately/fortunately we didn’t get on. We were collected at 3:50am. Weather seemed ok. As we got closer we saw the balloons up in the air. So graceful. That day we were turned away. Unfortunately a pilot was injured & all flights were cancelled thereafter. Grateful for safety first. Still waiting for my refund.

Our experience was ruined by the end of the flight when they decide to make a brindis, throwing the wine all over us , ruining our clothes .
Not worth the cheap price. Spend a little more.

This hot air balloon is inexpensive but you will not fly in the valley with all the other balloons. You get picked up and taken to a remote area far away from the valley of the balloons. The champagne given (if you can call that champagne!) was a pink water like to meet the commitment of giving champagne. Spend a little more and get the real experience.

This was a last minute booking to achieve a dream flight!… This company was affordable and had availability few hours before and I could not be more thankful for this. They replied promptly to accommodate our pick up time right at my hotel. Professionals and very thoughtful of the people participating in this adventure. Everything went smooth and magical over Cat Valley in Cappadocia. Totally recommend 💯
