We had an absolutely wonderful time. It was an unmatched experience that provided an authentic glimpse of Italian culture. The family was not only accommodating but incredibly nice and welcoming. We learned, enjoyed delicious food, and will never forget this opportunity. We are grateful that they offered up their home and cannot recommend this class enough. Take it. More than once.

Mariuccia's orecchiette cooking class was really enjoyable. She and her husband made us very welcome. Making the pasta was a small part of the overall Italian lunch experinece made more authentic with her family there too. We watched Foccacia being made and helped with the finishing touches. We also tasted lots of the ingredients too while the lunch was being prepared.

Our class was outstanding. She is a wonderful, kind and patient teacher. The best part was lunch with her husband and daughter. Her daughter was well educated, very bright and engaging. Nice family living in a welcoming home. Of our 15 days in Italy, this was top of the list of memorable experiences.

An amazing experience cooking with Maria in her Trullo home of 41 years. We learned a lot about Puglian cuisine while learning how to make pasta and so many other dishes. Enjoying lunch with Maria and her husband were the perfect way to top off the experience.

The food from start to finish was great our hosts very kindly gave us a lift back to Alberobello. Strongly recommend this to anyone that enjoys cooking.

Dominica and Stefano, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely country home with us The cavatelli and tiramisu cooking classes were fantastic—I am looking forward to sharing these recipes with my family and friends Your added touches: Primitivo, bruschetta (homemade sour dough bread with garlic spread), local cheese and salami, olives from your farm, homemade focaccia, your biscotti and limoncello were simply unexpected delights! Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience Donna and Marie

My husband and I were excited to attend our first ever cooking class in Italy. We are so pleased we were able to have Lucrezia as our instructor. Her husband was also there helping and the two of them were very pleasant. Lucrezia was patient and kind and made us feel like pro’s! The food, from the start was amazing, the presentation of the appetizers to the two pasta dishes were restaurant quality. I would highly recommend this class to anyone and would most definitely take it again! Thank you Lucrezia!!
