Barbara was truly fantastic. learning to make gnocchi, ragu and tiramisu were great. Who knew that this would be so much fun. She also gave us the opportunity to try her olive oil that was made 3 days prior which was a treat.

Incredible. It was only us 2 and the chef, Pietropaolo. He was amazing. He taught us so much and we already knew how to make pasta from scratch. His tips and methods elevated it so much. 2 pestos, multiple pasta shapes, tiramisu, and lemoncello. After we ate, he sat and chatted with us and had some lemoncello. Could not recommend enough. Worth every penny.

Amazing experience. I did the class with 2 other couples on our trip through Tuscany. The food was top notch and everything was very well thought out and organized. Barbara was great and we loved her 2 pups!

We had such a lovely time making an Italian dinner and dessert with Anna and Stefano! Our hosts could not have been nicer and their home is beautiful and so unique. The food, dessert and drinks were all delicious and I would highly recommend adding this intimate dinner experience to your plans while visiting Italy.

Ilaria and Pietropaolo welcomed us into their lovely home. Chef Andrea taught my husband and I how to make several types of pasta and Tiramisu. Then he proceeded to cover a table with linens and served us a 5 course meal with the items we made and much more. It was far more than we expected as we ate wonderful food, drank wonderful wine and looked out on the beautiful vineyards. Experience was top notch and would highly recommend.

This was one of the best experiences we had on our holiday to Tuscany. Barbara was the most patient and kind host who talked us through the making process of 2 pasta's and the most delightful tiramisu. We could not have asked for a more authentic cooking class in her beautiful home. Thank you to Barbara for the most unforgettable morning.

The cooking class with Adriana was a very special experience for us. Adriana is such a warm and dear person, it was incredibly fun to cook with her and to get to know the traditional recipes. We were also spoiled with many Tuscan snacks and felt very comfortable.
