The tour will be confirmed or canceled, with total reimbursement, based on the sea-weather conditions 12/24 hours before.

The precise time of departure will be communicated to the reservation, given the variability of the sunset time during the months. The time indicated is a default time. Please enter an exact phone number or email to get details and receive all communications.

Punctuality request. Any delays will be deducted from the time indicated on the tour. Delays of more than 10/15 minutes will not be accepted. The tour will start and no refund will be provided.

It is not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks or food on board.

The exit is canceled only in case of adverse weather and sea conditions, not if it is simply cloudy. in case of cloudiness it comes out anyway

Physical agility requests for boarding and disembarking operations

In case you suffer from seasickness and need to disembark in advance, the tour will not be refunded, but paid for the full amount

No suitcase on board

For hygienic-sanitary reasons we do not supply beach towels, masks, creams or swimsuits

It is not recommended for those who suffer from seasickness and nausea

My husband and I had the greatest experience with HelloCinqueTerre's boat tour. We were able to see all of the cities from the sea, while escaping the busy-ness of the summer tourism on land. Just beautiful. We had a wonderful time conversing with the boat drivers and Maria was wonderful at coordinating the logistics to make our boat trip happen (sorry we ran out of time before we got a chance to meet). The food, drinks, company, and views were spectacular. We didn't end up swimming as alittle more cool and overcast that day. The tour was one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend if you can make the splurge for couples and small groups.

What a perfect way to end out visit to the Cinque Terre. They were such incredible hosts! The scenery was spectacular, the Prosecco and aperol spritz were refreshing and the appetizers were abundant and delish. We couldn't have asked for more. Everything was fantastic!

I did this tour back in March. Maria and Simone were such awesome people!! They communicated with me via WhatsApp often from the point that I made the reservation to moments before I boarded the boat. I was the only person that booked for that day and I didn't know it so I was surprised when they didn't cancel the trip for not having minimum amount of people. They were far more concerned with showing me a good time and helping me appreciate the place that they come from. The spread on board the boat was far more than I imagined, however in an unexpected turn I got motion sick which is odd because I flight on planes for a living. I wasn't able to eat hardly any of it OR drink my spritz. We retuned early to the doc and although my illness wasn't their fault they made it up to me. I will definitely look them up next time I go to Cinque Terre, and do the cruise again. Thank you Maria and Simone! :
