Amazing experience renting e-bikes! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. There was a lovely older lady helping with the e-bikes who was incredibly kind, patient, and made us feel very comfortable, even explaining everything clearly. The bikes were in great condition and perfect for getting around and exploring the island. Julio is very accommodating. Highly recommend this experience for excellent service and a personal touch!

The e-bikes were really fun and let us get around the island easily. Had a fantastic time on them. The recommended tour locations were also really great.

Fun experience, great way to see Grand Cayman on your own! The bikes are more like scooters, they are located right next to the Cruise pier which made it easy for us to access them. The throttle takes a little getting used to but once you figure that out it's easy to use. We went past the turtle sanctuary and back and had two bars left. We arrived and were unsure how to access them or use them, turns out we were sent a message that morning. I would suggest being sent a message the day before with the info and a map, there is a little old lady there to meet you and not Julio. One of our bikes did squeek a lot but these were fun and we had a blast.

Great fun experience with hiring e bikes to cycle up the west coast of Grand Cayman island- also combined with having a look round the turtle centre. Julio was very helpful in meeting us at the start of the ride and checking everything was ok.

I booked 3 ebikes three weeks in advance of our visit to Grand Cayman. The booking was through Viator. THE MORNING OF OUR RESERVATION, I received notification that the bike rentals had been cancelled. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy if I cancel, but the company can cancel at the last minute with no ramifications.

I booked this trip through Viator for me and my mom. She's no track star, but she's active. The only caution for this tour was not recommended for people with back problems so I thought ot would be fun, even though it seemed on the pricey side. One star for being friendly when we checked in. The rest of the experience was sub-par. Our "safety briefing" was laughable. Then my mom tried to get on the bike and cotkdn't because she was too short. He tried to ralk her into doing it but she said no because she wouldn't be able to touch the ground even on tiptoe. She thought maybe she could work a scooter so he said okay and tried to send us on our way. I asked him if there was a place we could practice first. He pointed us to a little square of sidewalk full of people, but that was futile. So we were pointed in a direction away from the ship, through throngs of people, bikes, scooters, and cars and told there was a trail some distance away. We decided to go there to practicevthere. We ended up walking the bike and scooter because it was too hard to safely navigate the foot and bike traffic. We finally found a little clear spot to practice, and we concluded that it would not be safe to continue this island adventure. So we walked back to the pick-up/drop-off spot but the guy wasn't thee. Of course, no data in a foreign country, so no way to reach him, and we hadn't downloaded his maps so didn't even know where to find him. Finally purchased something at a shop so we could use the wi-fi to send him a message. He didn't even come back to check on us or the equipment. I asked him for a partial refund and he said no because the equipment was used. Really?? Awesome customer service! I didn't even ask for a full refund, which is what I thought we should have gotten. So, then I went through Viator and they asked him and he still said no. So I filed a dispute for a partial refund with my credit card company who "investigated" with Viator, and it was eventually declined. So.ehow they had documentation that a service was provided. WORST service ever! BOTTOM LINE: If you book this tour, you will be out the money no matter what the circumstance. And hopefully you won't get run over or hit someone as a part of your "adventure!"

Pick up/Drop off was easy. Instruction was clear. Bikes were in very good condition. There was an older lady passing out time-share brochure nearby who really helped us and reminded us to drive on the left. 😁 All in all, very very fun experience and would totally do it again.

Rental of ebikes at Grand Cayman was pretty smooth and Julio was extremely helpful and quick to respond. But sometimes using phones and texting in foreign countries is tricky so make sure you have a good contact number. The bikes were locked up, right where they were supposed to be but not all of them had batteries installed so this was puzzling. I called Julio and he arrived within minutes with the proper battery. I chose 2 ebikes that were the same model and one was very new with hydraulic disk brakes. The other one was a bit older with cable operated disk brakes. It functioned properly but the brakes could have used some adjustment and we soon learned that the pedals were somewhat bent, as if a very heavy rider had overloaded them. They looked OK, but as soon as you pedaled, you could tell they were crooked. Anyways, we had a blast cycling up the Island and trying to find the recommended points of interest. I had pre-loaded them into Google Maps but when it indicated that we'd arrived, it was hard to determine if we were there! Seven mile beach was easy to find and we did find "Hell" but the other ones were a mystery. So you might want to try the 'guided tour'.

This was so fun! Highlight of our trip. Got to do things on our own time. Having a little map and side mirrors would be a plus. We found a local who gave us tips on which roads to go on to avoid heavy traffic and big roundabouts.

Easy to operate. We traveled approximately 15 miles visiting Public Beach (beautiful but crowded) Chicken Chicken (delicious) and Smith’s Cove (beautiful small cove beach), making some stops along the path. There is a designated bike lane for most of the trip. The drivers seem conscientious of cyclists but there were some areas you have to travel with traffic using lights, round-about and stop signs. Keep in mind this is a British territory and you travel on the left side of the road with traffic. The tires are wide which help but there is still a little bit of skill involved. If you hit a sand patch or hole or puddle you have to know how to keep your bike under control. We loved the freedom to stop where we want. Next time I’ll stick to the South. Less people. Our batteries were pretty much full upon return and we barely peddled. We were provided extra batteries but we decided against taking them because the pack was too heavy to carry. Overall great experience.
