Just take the voucher to the ticket booth. We had a great time with lots to do and see even mid-week. The Art Museum is awesome.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Colonial Williamsburg, though chilly and windy. Enjoyed talking with the people in the buildings - very informative. Will definitely come back.

We had great guided tours of the Palace and the Capital. Also enjoyed just walking around enjoying the architecture and the beautiful Christmas decorations!

I’m wasting my money, no buses for that day, my husband can’t walk longer distance, if I want to upgrade for another day want to charge 10 dollars per person more! I feel like they robbed me!!!!

Too spread out and more walking than expected. Two people with me had mobility issues, and riding a Scooter was hard on the terrain. Shuttles were overcrowded. Also check in to get vouchers was complicated. Never had that happen with Viator before. Disappointed in experience.
